I always draw and make pictures of my desires. I’m not an artist, but when drawing my desire, I think through every detail, every little thing. In the process of drawing, energy is already released for its implementation. For me this is a great way to make my dreams come true. I also make pictures in Photoshop, select everything down to the smallest detail, sometimes it takes several days to compile a picture of one desire. It is important that everything turns out as realistic as possible. I install similar pictures on the screensavers of my favorite gadgets.

This is how my car, trips, favorite dresses, apartment, and many other desires came true.

  1. The most important thing is positive and pure thinking. Find something to be happy about and something to thank the Universe for. Believe me, soon negative events will completely leave your life forever.

Method number 2. Favorite music

Every day I make sure to listen to my favorite music, the one that takes me on a wave of good luck and success. To the accompaniment of energetic music, I replay a slide of my desires in my head, tuning in for a good day, good news and pleasant events. When failures occur, I listen to music and mentally dissolve them. One day, while listening to my favorite song, I imagined myself as a lottery winner. And guess what, I won! The amount was insignificant, but the wish came true.

Find your favorite songs, music that makes you happy, and listen to it every morning, imagine at this moment how you are dancing with happiness, you got what you wanted, imagine yourself successful, rich, healthy. You will see, after a month of such daily practice, the first results will appear.

What attitudes put a barrier between you and the Universe?

Why is it important to set realistic goals for yourself and understand your values ​​correctly? The fact is that influencing with the power of thought will work if you do not demand abundance.

It is the wrong attitude that can become a barrier between you and the Universe. Do you feel like you're not rich enough? Although in fact you are a very wealthy person. Do you want to travel more? Tricks of the subconscious

Our subconscious controls the body, takes care of it day and night. When we sleep or are awake, it controls heart rate and cell renewal. It only seems that the listed processes are carried out automatically: everything is controlled by the subconscious. This is our guardian angel.

The subconscious mind is responsible for the complete safety of the biological organism, therefore it eliminates everything that will harm it.

But the concept of harm is different for us and the subconscious. For example, it does not react in any way to the harm of smoking or alcoholism, but it will prevent the desire to start morning jogging. In fact, the subconscious defines a healthy lifestyle (which includes morning jogging) as harmful and dangerous to the body.

Why is this happening? Because a person understands that this lifestyle will cost him dearly: he needs to get up early, limit himself in food, strain, etc. But smoking is perceived as rest and relaxation, so the subconscious does not consider it as something harmful to the body.

This is due to the fact that the subconscious strives to preserve the material shell of a person (or another living being) in the form in which he is at a given moment in time.

Any fulfillment of a desire threatens to bring this form out of balance, which means it is harmful to a person. And the subconscious simply blocks the fulfillment of a harmful desire. Therefore, becoming an alcoholic in our world is much easier than quitting drinking.

Drinking alcohol is perceived as pleasure, so the subconscious mind approves of it. Giving up alcohol is associated with great physical and psychological torment, so the subconscious mind blocks giving up vodka and wine as a fulfillment of desire.

Why does the past repeat itself?

The above is another reason why it is so important to heal old wounds. If you have experienced painful experiences in the past (for example, in business or personal relationships), you will strive to avoid them again. Resistance to suffering may bring it again. However, if you haven't been hurt before, you won't think much about the hurt and will naturally focus on what you want. This is what will be attracted into your life.

Resistance to painful experiences creates the likelihood of experiencing them again.

It is very difficult not to resist the bad things that happen. After a disaster has happened once, we naturally do not want it to happen again. But by focusing on this reluctance, we, to a certain extent, again attract suffering. The more fully we have healed our past, the less we will be bothered by the shadows of the past. Until we get rid of the pain associated with past events, some of their negative aspects will repeat and annoy us.

For example, if we passionately do not want to be alone, that is exactly what we will get. If we don't want to be rejected and ignored, this is exactly what will happen. If we are terrified by the possibility of losing something, it will be lost. If we are depressed by the thought of an unloved job, it will remain a source of trouble. If we simply cannot work with a certain person, we will have to deal with him all the time.

The more we don’t want something, the more it is attracted into our lives.

By learning to heal past wounds, we will allow the old pain to go away, and with it the subconscious expectation of its repetition. From now on, we will be free to focus more on what we want. Our positive desires will increase to the extent that we were able to get rid of past grievances.

If you don't let go of your past, it will appear to you again and again. By resisting negative experiences, you will automatically attract situations that will cause unpleasant emotions. Resistance not only prevents you from attracting what you really want, but also disperses your strength. It's like a hole in your love tank that keeps it from filling. Your energy, instead of being consciously used for constructive purposes, flows out of it.

As an experiment, try noting all the negative thoughts and bad feelings that you verbally express during the day. You'll be amazed how often this happens. But the “voiced” resistance is just the tip of the iceberg.

Playing resistance can be fun. My twelve-year-old daughter Lauren and I play this sometimes. One day we go shopping together and just note all the negative statements each other makes. Then we try to speak differently. Here are some examples of our statements:

I said, “There probably isn’t a good place to park here, let’s look somewhere else.” I should have said, “Let’s see if there’s a good place to park nearby.” We then drove to where we wanted to park and found a parking spot.

She said: “I hope we don’t have to wait long; I have so much homework.” Then she corrected herself: “I hope we can get it done quickly. I want to have enough time to do my homework.”

When it was time to leave the store, I said, “Your mom won’t like it if we’re late.” Together we reworked this phrase: “If we return home quickly, mom will be very happy.” Near the house in the car I said: “Don’t forget to take your bag.” In a positive version it sounded: “We will now make sure that we have taken everything.”

How to materialize desires related to money

Financial independence is perhaps the most popular dream of people. Why do some people manage to earn millions, while others can barely make ends meet? Of course, this cannot be achieved without hard work. But if you feel the potential in yourself, but at the same time you are being pressed by the financial ceiling that you have hit, try to dream. Perhaps new ways to achieve what you want will open up for you.

A few things to consider when setting financial goals:

  1. Wish for an amount that seems unattainable, but is also realistic. For example, if your salary is 50 thousand rubles, try doubling or tripling it first. It is important to represent the amount you are expecting. You will get your first million easily if you move towards your goal systematically and thoughtfully.
  2. Don't limit the Universe. You can increase your income from your main job, or you can monetize your hobby. What if you win the lottery or receive an inheritance? Don't force yourself and the Universe into a framework. If you want it with all your heart and don’t wish harm on anyone in your thoughts, everything will work out.
  3. Notice the signs. If, after turning to the Higher Powers, you are offered a new project or work that you have never done, do not rush to refuse. Perhaps this is your chance. And if it doesn’t work out, at least try.
