Past life regression without hypnosis. Interview with therapist Igor Garbar

Hello, dear readers, Alexander Tsarev is in touch.

Regressive hypnosis is a method of working with the subconscious through a trance located between esoteric teachings and classical hypnotherapy. Experts use it when they put a person into a trance to search for and resolve negative situations that connect past and current incarnations. Reincarnation researchers receive confirmation of their beliefs in the method. Ordinary people find in it the key to deep self-knowledge and resolution of internal conflicts and problems. This can also be called “conversation with Souls.”

This material is a combination of my practical knowledge on the topic of regression, inside the most complete answers about what regressive hypnosis and past lives are, whether it is a tool or a weapon and how to start your practice in it.

Regressive hypnosis - what is it in the simplest words

If you are reading this, then you are already above the average level of understanding of the structure of the world and the Universe. And that's great!

It’s no secret that our soul lives and is reincarnated dozens of times; from the moment it appears until the present moment, it accumulates a significant amount of information, say, like a flash drive. And everything is stored in it: knowledge, life experience, skills, joy, pain, trauma, hatred, all the good and bad that happened to a person during his life - this data is stored and rewritten from time to time, deeper and deeper forming a permanent information egregor of the Soul.

And this “flash drive” also has a margin of safety, it can act up and break down, sometimes life-ending situations, betrayal or other deep emotional shock can leave an “information virus” on it in the form of a negative memory, which over time will strengthen and begin to have an impact for new incarnations. Normal life programs will also begin to experience disruptions.

Upheavals from past lives do not necessarily manifest themselves in a person’s present life, but our research (more than 4,000 hours of regression sessions) shows that the majority have similar problems in some form.

The “virus”, or genetic memory, or the pain of the soul will at some point turn out to be strong enough, and then they can get out into real life. Examples of such outlets for the pain of the soul: birthmarks, scars without a situation of occurrence, spontaneous neuroses without the possibility of explanation, panic attacks, nightmares - the list is much wider and each of these phenomena can arise as a result of tragedies of the past and the soul screaming about them.

Regressive hypnosis works with such problems; past lives are the cause of them.

Benefits of Regressive Hypnosis

I attribute this to favorable side effects. At the moment of immersion, our brain activity is greatly activated, we grasp new sensations and emotions, remember everything old and forgotten, so after the session new talents, abilities for new languages, sports and other forgotten or previously unknown hobbies may begin to reveal themselves.

Areas where regressive hypnosis helps

There are more, but these are the most common:

• Diseases of internal organs; • Personality complexes; • Almost all phobias; • Neuroses, neurasthenia, anxiety; • Bad habits; • Dependencies; • problems in your personal life; • Personal conflicts and life difficulties

Frequently asked questions about regression:

1) Question: is this not dangerous?

Answer: we work mainly with memories; this has already happened, which means it is not dangerous for the present time. In addition, we have methods for comfortable management even through traumatic situations, so that you can get through them (remember, rethink, etc.) in an environmentally friendly way for you. And remember that we can interrupt at any time if we wish!

2) Question: will I remember everything? I'm afraid of hypnosis.

Answer: as I already wrote above, I use a non-hypnosis method, where you simply relax - similar to meditation - look at the different images of memories that arise in your head, and we work with them. Everything remains in memory. The immersion is shallow, sufficient to bring out the memories we need, but not enough for you to turn off your consciousness entirely.

3) Question: will my whole problem be solved in one dive?

Answer: There are times when we actually reach a solution in one dive. But there are complex problems that require a lot of resources. Multi-layered and very traumatic - such problems sometimes require a series of dives. The number and frequency are determined individually. But I recommend no more than 1 dive per week - because... After each dive, colossal work takes place in the subconscious, and changes occur on the physical level.

4) Question: how will I understand that these are not my fantasies?

Answer: We have a good way of distinguishing fantasy from reality, I will give it to you before diving. Plus, the emotions and sensations that you will experience during the dive are impossible to imagine. Yes, sometimes during immersion information comes out so shocking that the brain then cannot accept it for a long time, and tries to pack everything into a “fantasy” to make it easier.

Overview of regression hypnosis techniques

Those that are presented and described in full.

Dolores Cannon Method

Dolores Cannon (1931-2014) regressionist and Soul researcher, born in St. Louis on April 15, 1931. Dolores Cannon encountered reincarnation in 1968, through regressive hypnosis: “It began when I observed regression experiments carried out by my hypnotist husband. He used traditional methods of hypnosis and realized that he was working with reincarnation completely by accident, putting a woman into a trance who wanted to lose weight.”

In 1979, Dolores and her family moved to Arkansas, which is when Cannon began her writing career. Her articles were successfully published in newspapers and magazines. She later became interested in reincarnation again and studied various methods of regression hypnosis techniques. Beginning in 1979, Dolores developed her own method of hypnosis, which allowed her to extract useful information from the patient’s past life, as well as a lot of new historical and scientific knowledge from the human subconscious, lost by our civilization. Dolores Cannon's technique was a significant success; it healed people's mental and psychological trauma. Dolores has written many useful books, relying on information obtained from the subconscious of people, thereby confirming the phenomenon of reincarnation and the existence of lives between lives ("Between Life and Death", "Jesus and the Essenes").

The Dolores Cannon method works with the human subconscious when the client is immersed in a somnambulistic level of trance - the theta level: “A person is constantly immersed in one of four states of altered consciousness. Beta level—wakefulness or when the subject thinks he is awake. In fact, when you close your eyes, you are already in an altered state. The alpha level is commonly used by hypnotists and for meditation. The deepest level of trance is theta - somnambulistic. At this level I hold the patient and work with him, between the alpha and delta levels. Delta level is a state of sleep.” The concept of the method is the predominance of imaginative-synaesthetic thinking (synaesthetic thinking - the relationship between the conscious and unconscious in the process of cognition) over rational. The hypnologist, during the client's deep trance state, gives him the necessary instructions for the second to explore the past life experiences that have been integrated into his subconscious during the course of individual evolution. The client prepares for the session in advance, identifying questions to the subconscious, thereby they appear during the therapy itself.

This method of regressive hypnosis technique safely and effectively affects the health of a person’s subconscious, restoring his mental balance. Dolores Cannon argued that in hypnotic practice the term "subconscious" is not analogous to the "Freudian" concept of the subconscious as practiced in psychiatry. The regressionist was convinced that we were talking about something deeper, about superconsciousness.

Michael Newton Method

Michael Newton (1931-2016) is a certified hypnotherapy practitioner, the first president of the Society for Spiritual Regression from 2002 to 2005, a member of the American Counseling Association and a Doctor of Counseling Psychology, Ph.D. Founded the Institute of Hypnotherapy of Life Between Lives named after. Michael Newton. Dr. Newton dedicated his private practice of hypnotherapy, which he has been engaged in for more than 50 years, to correcting various behavioral abnormalities and helping clients reveal their higher spiritual self.

In 1998, Michael Newton was awarded the "Most Unique Contribution of a Hypnotherapist" by the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists. Dr. Newton spent years researching soul memory and life after death.

In the process of developing his own age regression technique, Dr. Newton discovered the phenomenon of an immortal soul existing in the space between physical incarnations. Michael Newton's method of regressive hypnosis placed subjects in intermediate periods of their memories between past lives, it was called LBL regression (LifeBetweenLives). Thanks to hypnotic regression, the hypnologist was able to describe the possibility of life after death - spiritual life. Michael Newton was able to recognize what was happening in the spirit world through his clients who were in a state of deep hypnosis and visualized their journey. The LBL regression method was aimed at helping people find themselves, their purpose in life, to know themselves by turning to the superconscious.

On the topic of his discoveries, Michael Newton wrote 3 bestsellers: “The Journey of the Soul”, “The Destination of the Soul” and “The Life Between Lives”.

The world is not limited only to these techniques (there is also the technique of Calogero Grifasi and others, but they are not for this material), everything changes and transforms in movement...

Past life regression without hypnosis. Interview with therapist Igor Garbar

Past life regression without hypnosis. Therapist Igor Garbar

Author: Maria Lurie

Igor Garbar from St. Petersburg conducts past life regression sessions. The video of his sessions posted on the YouTube channel interested me, especially the phenomenon of entering a state of regression without hypnosis, when the patient is in clear consciousness, that is, not controlled by anything from the outside. The science of past life regression and psychotherapy through regression is still behind the scenes of the main stage of science. Igor agreed to answer some questions for Pure View readers to explain this, relatively new to the general public, science of past life regression.

Question: Tell us a little about yourself, how you started doing this work, where did the idea or desire to conduct past life regression come from?

I.I.: As a child, I read a lot of books, and I came to the conclusion that not everything in the books is true. I began to study esotericism. We were looking for manuscripts, it was hard to find information. We came across an article in Komsomolskaya Pravda from 1992. There was an interesting description of how to communicate with the spiritual world through automatic writing. I started doing this and within a month I achieved results. I wrote a letter for unknown reasons. I did this for five years. After a year of communication, I made contact with some intelligence, and we talked for a week, he suggested that I “switch places.” Now I understand that this meant “addicted” (obsession). I did not agree because I felt there was a catch, but I began to feel double-thinking. Strange phenomena began to occur. Every day I felt worse. The person with whom I studied esotericism conducted a regression session with me with hypnosis, a shift in consciousness occurred, although I am not susceptible to hypnosis. I saw the image of the entity with whom I was communicating. I saw this whole situation, all the psychological burden. The work took half an hour. I returned home normal and stopped feeling any addiction. After a few days, miracles began to happen. I started studying psychology. I started studying regression in 1993, almost 20 years ago.

There was a case when we discussed a real-life situation with a patient. He had an accident, and we analyzed this accident at the level of fragmentary perception. We extended the accident for 30-40 minutes. Then I asked him a question: “What do you see?” He said he saw a cave. I was surprised what the accident and the cave had to do with it. He saw himself as a spiritual old man who lived a solitary life in a cave. We began to slowly move in this direction. We realized that all the psychological traumas that we receive in this life are not causes, but consequences. The reasons lie in the past. Information has a superficial, middle and deep level. It is very interesting to work with children under 14 years old, but after this work, we realized that it is undesirable to work with them before this age, because their psyche has not yet been formed and they cannot adequately perceive layers of information from the past. You can pick up such information that the child will close in on himself, this will be traumatizing.

At the very beginning, we conducted experiments on ourselves.

Question: So you no longer feel the presence of this entity within you?

I.I.: Yes, that is, we touched on this fear that held this contact. When a person re-evaluates his fear, the fear goes away - the connection is broken. I removed this condition from people in 40 minutes. The person returns to a normal state of mind. We are an open book to them, and they are closed to them. If we show interest in them, we can become a trap. The person experiences a state of shock and fear. At the moment of fear, a person does not control himself, and the trap for the mind is ready. The same thing happens when a person practices spiritual practices incorrectly and enters the astral plane. There is also danger in engaging in spiritualistic séances.

Question: Do you need to have a certain gift to conduct a past life regression session, or can everyone learn it? Is it possible to learn to see your past lives yourself?

I.I.: This can be learned. I have two students, one has already gotten on his feet, the second still doubts his abilities. The same thing applies to working with a therapist. You need to gain confidence in the person conducting this session. If a person does not want to open up, contact will be difficult. Such people analyze everything too much, subject information to personal, in-depth psychoanalysis, that is, at the level of the ordinary state of consciousness.

When we come here, our consciousness is not 100% open, 30-40% is open, the rest is closed. Genius people have 60-70% open access to information. In fact, we are controlled, we are given hints, and we begin to realize that this is a product of our thinking. There are brilliant people, like Tesla, who use 80% of information. Not everyone is born with the same opportunities.

Question: How do you know that a spiritual guide is true, and not just some entity that pretends to be him?

I.I.: Human sensations. In such a state it is impossible to deceive a person. When I ask a patient to convey my thoughts, when he makes contact, I feel the disposition of this entity towards this person. The mentor can clearly provide the right points from the person's past life that are related to a particular problem or something that requires attention. Another entity will not be able to do this. There is a double check; I am in a normal state of consciousness, and I see the patient’s reaction to the answer that comes to him from there. This is already intuitive thinking, I have been working on this for 20 years. In relation to my mentor, everyone with whom I conducted sessions roughly sees the same image.

Question: What happens during past life regression, who is responsible, the person’s main consciousness or his other consciousnesses?

I.I.: During a session, we instruct a person to get in touch with that part of him that remains outside of his mind. I use the word “mentor” during sessions. A mentor is a piece of ourselves from the other side. In spiritual practice there is an understanding - “to reach your Self.” One sees the image of an old man, another a moth, the third an image of a geometric object, depending on which image his consciousness is pushing him towards. I always say: it doesn’t matter what image comes to you, what matters is how much you combine yourself with this image. But there is always the presence of something alien, something that is closed from us, some kind of consciousness from the spiritual world. Sometimes what is revealed to us is not what we want; There is an explanation that it is still too early for you, at the moment this is useful for you.

Question: I watched various videos of American hypnotherapists, where they first suggest some kind of picture, for example: “you are going down the stairs or going through a tunnel, going out onto a field,” etc. Why is this done? As far as I understand, you are against various hypnotic techniques that are used for regression by other therapists. Please tell us in general what these techniques are and why you are against their use?

I.I.: In order to master a person’s consciousness, first of all it is necessary to suppress control and internal dialogue in a person. Essentially, people receive information in images. For example, in the morning a person needs to get himself in order, an image instantly appears in his mind: we are going to the bathroom. It happens so quickly that a person does not notice. Scrolling images comes automatically. The same thing here, it’s enough to lead a person to an image that has been preserved in a person’s memory... A fairly clear image is a window, we bring him to this image, I invite him to remember how he stood at the window, the person looks, I see how much the person accepts this or that another picture. This is technology. I suggest he remember, rather than draw. I try to touch on earlier memories, this may be at the level of a static picture. I do not impose information, but pull it out. Here it is not difficult to talk about past incarnations. Any person thinks with memories of the past, even a minute ago. To take any action, we build on (often on a subconscious level) information from the past. This is approximately how a person thinks. Hypnosis is an imposition. Those who use hypnosis do not have information about a person’s thinking; they suppress the person, forcing him to abandon his personal thinking process. There is a mind game going on. I have not met a single person who acquired something positive and of high quality for themselves after a hypnosis session.

Question: Tell us, how do you understand the karmic law, the cause-and-effect relationship?

I.I.: This concept came from the Hindu epic. Much depends on the person’s reassessment of what happened, for example, whether a person experiences regret after the murder or not. Information from a past life can emerge when in our present life, being in a similar situation or observing something, we react inappropriately. For example, I had a patient with serious psychological trauma; she experienced severe discomfort when going up the escalator (in the subway or supermarket), as well as internal emptiness and panic. She didn't know where the feelings came from. On the first day, she and I didn’t find anything. On the second day, she saw herself in the form of a man, this happened in England, he suffered from mental disorders. At the moment of frustration, a vacuum was created, he distanced himself from himself as a person. At one such moment, he found himself inside the building, climbed up the stairs, climbed out onto the roof, and in this state of detachment, fell and crashed. When I asked this girl if she felt horror and fear in this situation, looking down, she said that no, she was not afraid of heights, she was afraid of emptiness and going up. With this information she left that life. We replayed these experiences (the scene itself) over and over again, like a squirrel in a wheel. Two days later she called and said that everything was fine, she no longer experienced these feelings.

The world is a big stage, life is a game. I worked a lot with artists, they are all quite flawed. If an artist does not have hypersensitivity, he cannot get used to the role and play fully, but by doing this, it is then difficult for him to unload, he “absorbs the image.” Then they become touchy, cannot forgive, or start taking drugs or drinking.

Question: I noticed that in the video you sometimes do something with your hands, could you explain?

I.I.: I used to do this, but now I don’t. The point was to position a person through energy, to help him enter this special state, when consciousness is right in the middle, both here and there at the same time. Now I understand that there is no need to do this, this is how it happens. Still, the impact occurs at the energy level.

Question: How do you work to remove psychological blocks that affect a person in the present?

I.I.: You can see from the person’s reaction where the roots are present. Purely “in physics” a person shows some anxiety, this can be seen from the conversation. When we see a person’s reaction to some fragment, we understand that “there is something there.” When we go there. It is necessary to invite the person to consider the situation from the perspective of a spectator, an observer. It is human nature to look at the events of the past, both from the first person and from the outside. If the situation is too difficult, a person can consider the situation from a position of detachment. We are all emotional beings. After watching the “plot”, if there is too much emotional intensity, I ask him to come back and watch the plot again. This is a common technique for everyone. A person must go through this situation, unload emotionally, until he begins to experience indifference. This is how the psycho-emotional block is removed. The biggest mistake is when we ask a person to forget about the experience, in which case this information will emerge in another place and take a different form.

The influence of lives in a male or female form affects a person’s consciousness. It is grouped, a little bit from each life. Depending on the life program, the soul can choose one or another incarnation. If a woman is very strong-willed, it means that she has had many incarnations in the image of a man. A woman with a strong-willed character will feel discomfort in the presence of a man with a weaker will than hers.

Question: Different therapists conduct sessions at a distance, but you only conduct sessions in person in the physical presence of the patient. What is the reason for this, and, in your opinion, why is it impossible, or bad/dangerous, to conduct such sessions at a distance?

I.I.: I never work on Skype for security reasons. For example, there was a case where a patient experienced death in a past life and his heart stopped for a few seconds. Being nearby, I simply touched him, and he came to his senses, but what if it was on Skype? There are those who do Skype sessions, but I believe it is for personal gain to cover a larger area. The dive itself takes a minute or two. When a person comes more than once, I ask him to return to where we stopped; I don’t always remember what he saw last time. When I work at home, I divide the time into an hour or an hour and a half, give him the opportunity to go out for natural needs, then I ask him how he evaluates the information for himself. We talk for five minutes, then again I ask him to close his eyes, I give him half a minute to return to where we stopped. I can work via Sipe only if we have gone through several regression sessions together, I already know how this person enters this state.

Also, during a session, a psychosomatic block may appear, and I must be there to control the person. Information comes unexpectedly and I have to decide whether to consider it or ignore it. When we review any information, if I feel that we have not worked through some information, I ask the client to contact the mentor again, and if this is the case, we are returned to that situation again to refine it. It’s hard to work on our own, but we get help.

Question: Are there any dangers or threats to the psyche when doing past life regression? Does it happen that, having learned about his past, a person focuses on it, creating unnecessary psychological barriers for himself in the present? Have you ever had a bad experience where something went wrong during a session?

I.I.: Honestly, there was one such case. A girl came to me, she made me feel sorry for her, to be honest. She came twice or thrice for compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital. She had this situation: she fell in love with a girl. It is easy to work with these people, one word from me - and they enter a state of altered consciousness. She and I looked at several incarnations. She had incarnations with this very soul, she was looking for this very soul. Everything seemed to be fine, but two months later she called me, and I saw that she was not doing well mentally. Her “falling in love” was far-fetched, but she got used to this role. That was my fault. I realized that you should never work with people with mental disabilities and illnesses.

And in other cases, there were never any problems. I never try to impose any program on a person. A person should always have freedom of choice, freedom of action. There must be internal psychoanalysis.

An unpleasant situation with a person occurs when he is looking for his other half. If there was interaction with the soul in a past life, then when meeting it in this life, a certain intuitive part of thinking is triggered. We see a person and he is familiar to us, without even knowing why. It happens even in this life that a person meets a group of souls and teamwork takes place. As for halves, after attraction, a family is instantly created, we “tried and tasted”, then alienation, “saturation” occurs, communication is lost and the family breaks up. This is a connection from the past. As for a soul mate, a person must have the complete opposite of himself, one complements the other. A man from the Baltics came to see me; he had problems with his wife. He sought the presence of this person, achieved it, got married, had a boy, and the process of alienation began. When considering past lives, it turned out that one helped the other (they were both men) to escape robbery and murder in Holland in the Middle Ages. They were close friends, but they had conflicts with each other. It's the same in this life. I said: “The choice is yours, I’m not forcing anything on you.” They separated and eventually both found other spouses, and the guy helps his first wife and child. At the beginning, he took something that was not his own.

Question: Do you carry out progressions into the future, how do you look at this phenomenon?

I.I.: Many people have a desire to visit the future. I always tell people that the future has many options, you don’t know which option you will end up with. You can remove the information, this will be one of the options. Sometimes, if required, we do it. Sometimes there is a situation when a person comes into this life in order to prepare for the future life. For example, a woman came with family problems - she has no children. Her questions were of a banal type, but when we contacted the mentor, we were told that she had taken on too much of a burden for the next incarnation. She was shown a fragment from a future life: America 207.. year. There is a gap between lives. You should never give a person information about how long a person will live in this life. This is the imposition of a program on a person. This was four years ago, I hadn’t made a video recording yet.

The more goods we have here on Earth in the process of life, the less perfect the soul is most likely. A more prepared soul takes on a heavier load.

Question: If there is anything else you would like to share with the readers, please tell us, and if you wish, share some of your interesting memories of your past lives.

I.I.: When a person receives information, he processes it and moves on. I have had six incarnations associated with South and North America. I was a cowboy, I was a woman, in South America I was a priest in the Mayan civilization - I covered this incarnation superficially, the only thing I took into account for myself was that I came to this world from another world, this world seemed alien to me, having a lot of experience and knowledge. It felt like I was thrown out by parachute, and I lived my whole life with mental heaviness. When I was a cowboy, I was the head of a company associated with the transportation of livestock, running a business, this was in the middle of the 19th century. There was another life: he was a priest in a church where the black population predominated and the service took place “with songs and dances.” It was in a small town in New Mexico. There were two churches there, and there was competition, but I attracted most of the city’s population to me. My church was in great demand among the black population. There were envious people who slandered. Ultimately, the man was disconnected from the church and had a heart attack, and at the last service I died. That is, I entered the role too deeply. There was also a girl I loved, whom I myself took to the wedding in Washington, since I was a priest, I did not have the opportunity to get married. I gave it to my father, my father and I had a good relationship.

Five incarnations were associated with religion; I was a mercenary in the crusade against Jerusalem, my father lost all his property at dice, I had to maintain the condition of the entire estate (castle). In one incarnation he was a missionary from Spain, we preached the faith in Africa. There I was brutally killed. We were crossing the river, when I was distracted, I was pierced in the side (I expected this, because I carried a religion alien to them). I was thrown from the boat on which I was accompanied by the local population. Several pairs of crocodiles swam behind the boat. I saw how I plunged into the water, I saw 50 cm above me, through the water, I saw how a beam of light penetrated. This plot haunted me on several occasions in real life, when I was little and drowning, and this scene caused me fear. If there was more than 3-5 meters of depth under my feet, I had the feeling that someone was going to swim up and eat me.

In Spain I was involved in the Inquisition, I hated witches and magicians. The last life had a great influence on me. This was in Germany at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries. Gendol Wolf had a technical education, but was interested in esotericism, especially runes. His book on runes with a swastika on the cover was published in Munich (the cover was red and featured a design in the shape of a Star of David, or resembling it, which was published in 1926). When the Nazis came to power, they gathered people of this mentality for themselves. I was drawn into a relationship with them. They brought me to Himmler's headquarters, and I had a meeting with him. They showed interest in me. They threatened me and said that they would “remove” me and my family if I didn’t work with them. I have been interested in psychology all my life, and participated in an expedition to Tibet, where I talked with monks. They even suggested that I experience the state of samadhi. Based on mistrust and everyone's views, I refused. I brought ancient manuscripts with me; after all, it was necessary to conduct experiments in the use of a certain psychosomatic apparatus on the Polish population. I myself did not participate in the bloody moments, but I played a fairly important role. I was involved in the Ahnenerb organization, but... I want to note that in this organization, for some reason or for reasons of special secrecy, its members were under fictitious names (all documents are still classified as special secrecy). So if it is confirmed exactly, it will be quite not easy. As far as I know, only those persons who occupied leading positions in this organization were made public. All those who had contact with the developments or documents were deliberately hidden, because it was not without reason that I was found and eliminated 7 months after the victory and the capture of Berlin. In 1944, when the Reds came to Poland, I ran away from there. My parents had a house in the Alps, so I headed there. I was a war criminal, and because I knew too much, “my people” (the internal security service) “neutralized” me. When leaving a beer bar, where I often visited in my 60s, I was shot in the back of the head. I left there with a feeling of observing the nature that I contemplated: the Alps, nature, winter evening.

Question: Did you experience pain during death?

No, in that life I understood what I was looking for. When a person dies, he sees himself from the outside, and he experiences unexpected surprise. There is no horror and fear, regardless of whether death is violent or natural. At the time of death, a person may suffer from the fact that he wasted his life. He is re-evaluating his life. If he did not have time to realize himself, he leaves with regret. Fear is only a feeling here and now that we may find ourselves in the place of a dead person. Death itself is a very soft transition. In relation to physical pain, there is pain if a wound is inflicted, but if it is a mortal wound, then a certain conscious instinct of self-preservation occurs, that is, the consciousness turns off from the pain. When a person dies, he does not feel pain. It's the same for everyone.

I analyzed the life of one girl who was a man in the past, and he had some kind of friendly contact with Napoleon. He was one of the French financial magnates who brought Napoleon to power. As a result, he was slandered, and Napoleon personally read him the sentence of execution by guillotine. This man was shocked by Napoleon's decision, he was not afraid of death, but it was the decision of the man whom he considered a friend that shocked him; there was emptiness in his soul. When she watched the execution from the first person (that is, from his face), as he climbed onto the podium and then put his head under the knife, I asked her what she felt with the touch of the blade on her neck, she replied: “Warmth, lightness, freedom " Please note that in all cases when we consider the cause of death, regardless of whether it was violent or natural, there is no pain. If there is pain, it is expressed by 3-5% (tension in this part of the body).

So thieves broke a man’s arm, crushed the joint, completely twisted the arm - I asked her what she felt, if there was pain - she answered: “There is pain, it pulls the joints, a slight malaise.” This is a natural instinct of self-preservation. The mind does not allow pain, muscle contraction occurs, a person can bend, but consciousness will not feel it. Everything is provided for by our mind; it is difficult to deceive it. It is very important when we go through these states that a person feels what was happening to him on the physical plane and the emotions that he felt at that time. The manifestation of emotions is 80% of what it was.

Question: What questions do people come to you with?

I.I.: Find the meaning of life, be able to self-realize. Secondary issues are luck on the personal front. Some take it to develop abilities such as clairvoyance. I find it more interesting to work with complex cases. In a state of regression, the patient begins not to gain experience, but to remember it. Another interesting thing about regression is that you can work with diseases that cannot be diagnosed, that is, of a psychosomatic nature, and we have 70% of them. For example, in this life a person has a skin disease on his hands; in a past life he was a blacksmith and severely burned his hands with hot metal. There have been many cases of birthmarks. One case I studied was when England, France and Portugal divided maritime territories in the 16th century. There was a naval battle, and this woman (the man in that life) has a heart problem - cardiac ischemia. Doctors could not diagnose the disease; she was in great pain. It turned out that in that life she was a commander and received a fatal wound to the heart. After an open wound, this man still lived for 2-3 minutes until his heart squeezed out all the blood. After regression, she revealed that she had a large birthmark on her chest. That is, birthmarks are information memory.

Further, the fetus inside the mother’s womb tends to receive the same information as the mother, that is, her feelings, thoughts. These are two beings united into a single organism. When we do regression, we can find out the mother's vital activity by the hour and minute. The fetus (human) can remember its entire prenatal period. The fetus takes on the mother's condition, even for example, if the mother simply cut her hand, the child experiences the same pain as the mother.

Now we often observe that a person is born with the consciousness of two or three souls. I have encountered this phenomenon during regressions quite often. Also, as we live, there is an age-related change in our thinking. There are people who can change their type several times a day.

Among psychologists, Ron Havard is considered the Einstein of psychology, although many do not welcome him as much as he, in principle, practically revealed the psychology of thinking (his books may be incomprehensible to many). I advise you to read the books of Michael Newton, a famous American psychologist and hypnotherapist, he has 2 serious books, “The Journey of the Soul” and “The Destination of the Soul.”

Hypnotrance technique for regressions: in detail

The first goal of the regressologist: to bring the immersed into a state of altered consciousness - this is when we are relaxed, immersed in a trance state and ready for hypnotherapy (in general, hypnotized). It is in this state that viewing a past life is real. This requires preliminary preparation for the session (~1.5-2 weeks).

And during the immersion we go through the stages: 1. Leading questions from the contactee in which we search for facts that created a problematic request 2. Correcting the situation in the past incarnation and editing its image in the subconscious 3. Returning to the point of reality

The altered state of consciousness activates the hidden mechanisms of the brain, and we can remember things that were never recorded in our lives. Critics and skeptics do not believe in this, nor do they believe in the habitability of our Universe. Their right. Look at the video of regressive hypnosis sessions and reviews at the end of the material, and draw your own conclusions.

What exactly happens during past life regressions?

Let's delve into the essence of the phenomenon. Through regressive hypnosis (either on our own or through a regressologist), we are immersed in a trance, where additional synchronization of consciousness and subconscious is activated; it must be free from external stimuli, this is important.

We help our brain relax and begin to receive information, I call this place a “sandbox”, it allows the mind to open fully to the usual signals of meditation and peace, and then gain access to hidden information from the past incarnation, and it is safe to begin working with her.

Through the leading questions of the contactee (or through the power of self-hypnosis, if we act independently), we find in it memories of past incarnations that bother our Soul. Through catharsis (emotional release) and then awareness, we gain freedom from problems. Understanding the information received will also take some time, usually up to a week, after which the problems worked out in the session recede and a new internal stage begins, which is individual. There are also difficult cases when one immersion into past lives from regressive hypnosis is not enough.

What happens to a person after regression, what changes:

  1. Immediately after the session, there may be a slightly disoriented state, full of positive emotions (depending on the outcome of the work), a resourceful state of recovery, and a kind of “enlightenment” - because you found a solution to the problem that was tormenting you, and at the energy level, the clamp, the block, was removed - and energy flowed through the body more freely.
  2. During the post-dive period, it is better to remain calm. If you want to sleep, sleep. Don’t burden yourself with anything, let new understandings and sensations grow within you.
  3. Over the course of several days after a dive, sometimes the effects “catch up”—comprehension and discovery continue. Event responses of any kind at your request (for which we dived) are very frequent.
  4. Regarding the issue that we have been working on, your attitude towards the problem changes, you stop feeling emotional pressures, blocks, oppression, etc. - you become calmer, braver, more decisive (depending on what we worked on and what result needed to be achieved) - due to changes within you, your actions change, which means you finally find a solution to your problem, and it ceases to exist.

How to undergo regression hypnosis?

1. We create a list of problems that, in our opinion, affect our life 2. We sign up for a regression session or study the immersion technique on our own 3. We prepare according to the instructions, adjusting our inner world for the event 4. We immerse ourselves in regression hypnosis, it takes 4-6 hours.

Set aside an evening for your first independent lesson, follow the link with our method of preparing for regressive hypnosis and listen to the test meditation, try to relax, if you immediately feel the inner movement, then everything is great, you will definitely succeed.

If it doesn’t work right away, then try to return in a more relaxed state, the result depends on your personal approach. There is no magic pill; without your desire, even the most experienced hypnologist will not be able to immerse you in regressive hypnosis and send you to past lives

The immersion technique is easiest for practitioners of meditation, yoga and other activities aimed at balancing body and spirit in the moment; it will also be easy for those who are engaged in creative activities in life. Those who follow the path of logic and skeptics experience difficulties.

Second option: start self-paced or centralized regression training.

How the dive goes, what is required for it.

1. The immersion takes place via Skype and lasts from 1 to 3 hours (very rarely - 4 hours)

2. For the dive you will need: headphones with a microphone, and up to 3-4 hours of free time, as well as a place where you can lie down quietly or sit relaxed, leaning on the back of a chair.

3. Before diving, go to the toilet and take a small sip of water so as not to feel thirsty.

4. If during the session you experience pain or uncomfortable sensations in your body, you MUST TELL ME ABOUT IT IMMEDIATELY! Often, blocks that we are not aware of appear through the body, and if something gets sick right in the course of work, we go to that point and reveal what block has come out there, what is contained in it. Our body is very intelligent - it always tells us.

Preparation

To properly conduct an independent hypnotic regression session, you must have good theoretical training: familiarize yourself with the works of Michael Newton and Dolores Cannon, read and study their methods of regressive hypnosis techniques, watch videos on YouTube on this topic in order to explore the process on a visual level.

A simple entry into regressive hypnosis will now be described. The complete preparation scheme is above.

  1. Sit in a comfortable position, leaning back, do not cross your legs, your arms should lie freely along your body;
  2. Relax, free your mind from worries;
  3. Breathe slowly and deeply for 10-15 minutes at the same pace:
  4. Allow yourself to go into a trance, give yourself complete control over what is happening, tell yourself that you can get out of the hypnotic state on the count of 5.

Introduction to Trance

Use a combination of eye movement and countdown. Give yourself the mindset that by moving your eyes left and right while counting down from 10, you will enter a trance.

Enter the trance process with your eyes open. Starting from 10, slowly raise your eyes up and then to the right, keeping your head static. Continue until your eyes get tired. Then lower your eyes and lift them up, and then to the left on the count of 9, hold in the position until your eyes get tired. Repeat these movements rhythmically on each count, as if watching a pendulum, while always keeping your eyes at the top. Gradually your eyes will get tired. On count 1, close your eyes and fix them on the top position. Plunge into a trance with your eyes closed, relax your facial muscles.

Immersion in trance

  1. To deepen your trance state, imagine any landscape that pleases you, relax your body completely, starting from your head to your toes.
  2. Consider the details of your landscape, immerse yourself in its comfort, and feel harmony with nature. You are safe.
  3. Concentrate on the little finger of either hand, feel its warmth, heaviness, slight tingling and pulsation, and then release this feeling. Then let it come back again. Make it clear to yourself that you can control and manage your consciousness in trance.
  4. Imagine a situation from childhood that evokes pleasant feelings. Slowly immerse yourself in the events, allow the picture to open up and become voluminous.
  5. Remind yourself that you are in complete control of the situation and can exit the trance state at any time on the count of 5. Tell yourself that you are safe. Also make sure that when you come out of the trance, you will remember the experience you gained in your past life, which will be useful for your present life and future personal growth.

Dive into the corridor of past lives

  1. Go deeper and deeper into trance. Repeat this to yourself. Go all the way to the moment of your birth and beyond. Move towards your corridor of past lives. He is individual.
  2. Look around the corridor of your lives. Inside each door are reflections of the experiences of your past lives, you again pass them through yourself. But at any moment you are able to change the situation, because you are fully aware of your experience.
  3. You can choose any door you want. When entering the space of a certain door, you can move in absolutely any direction. To enter the door you count from 1 to 3, if you want to return, then count in reverse order.
  4. After examining the situation from your past life, leave the space of this reality by exiting its door. It is recommended to limit yourself to only one memory, since a large number of experienced events can weaken the memory of previous experiences.

Ending a Regression Session

  1. Allow yourself to leave the corridor of past lives and return to childhood, and then to the present.
  2. Go back to childhood memories, then to the present
  3. Before leaving the trance state, remind yourself of all the past life experiences that you were able to see. Tell yourself that you will remember in the present everything that happened to you to the extent that you require, that you realize the importance of all the impressions you received.
  4. Start slowly counting from 1 to 5.
  5. Slowly open your eyes and remain in a calm state to process the information.
  6. Record your experiences in a “past life journal.”

What is "Regression"

In psychology, this term means “back”, going into the past. Both into the past of this current life, and into a deeper one - into previous incarnations, as well as during the period of life between lives.

Regression is mainly about working with memories.

Initially, in psychology, regression was used to analyze adults - their past childhood traumas, etc. But after the discovery by Michael Newton and other psychologists of the 20th century - a method of regression even deeper, into past lives and life between lives (LIL) - psychology gained a wider opportunity to work through psychological trauma, traumatic situations, fears and blocks - taking into account the fact that people can carry these problems not only from childhood, but also from other incarnations.

Working with the world of souls is also very useful. For more information about what the world of souls is, read this article “What is the soul - about the world of souls, mentors, etc.”:
