How to understand what inspires me. Sources of human inspiration: list, features and examples

Tell me, what inspires you, what gives you a surge of strength, what supports your desire to live, create and enjoy life? What motivates you to look at the world with different, kinder eyes?

Each person has his own sources of inspiration: a good song, book, picture, film, TV show, or communication with good, kind, famous and successful people. Inspiration is also drawn from communication with a loved one, from a pleasant pastime.

Some people find inspiration in nature, in the weather, others - in a walk. Many people are inspired by creativity or creating something with their own hands. Or the happiness that is children, their successes, achievements.

Good news, meeting an old friend, communicating with successful people, as well as their support inspires. What inspires you is the vision of the life goal you are striving for, the vision of the life you will live when you achieve your goal.

In a word, there are a huge number of sources of human inspiration. And they all “pour” a fresh stream into our lives, contribute to the fact that we look at this world, at this life differently, and become kinder ourselves. After all, an inspired person does not complain about a hard life, but lives, persistently and persistently moves towards his goal.

An inspired person does not judge or look for those to blame, but takes responsibility for his life and looks for a reason to make his dreams come true.

An inspired person radiates joy, kindness, and happiness. His eyes shine with love. An inspired person pays attention to how brightly and beautifully the sun shines, how beautifully and loudly the birds sing, how the trees bloom with leaves and become covered with color, notices the beauty and hears the singing of flowers enjoying the sun. An inspired person sees the fluttering flight of a butterfly and at the same time sees how beautiful it is.

An inspired person, walking down the street, mentally wishes people happiness, peace, kindness, love, health, and does not look at what flaws or shortcomings they have. An inspired person moves through life easily and confidently. And he overcomes the obstacles and difficulties that come his way confidently, easily, without fear or despondency.

And this is only a small part of the examples of what opportunities open up for a person who draws inspiration. Therefore, it is very important for every person to find sources of inspiration and constantly turn to them. No matter how difficult and complicated life may seem, you always need to find something that will give you strength, joy, energy, and bring you happiness.

But it very often happens that a person wants to achieve his goals in life, is ready to move towards them firmly and decisively, but he does not have inspiration or support. He wants there to always be another person who would motivate him, support him, give him advice, and inspire him with personal example and success.

A person you could rely on and turn to for support and help at the right time. A person who will give you a little kick when you stop, get capricious, panic, or give in to failure. So that there is a person who would take you “by the hand” and lead you to your goals.

You may ask, where can you find such a person? Where does he live? And who is he? Such a person is a coach - a person who helps others qualitatively change their lives.

For several years I attended a church school at the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God Sovereign, as well as a handicraft club at the same temple. Under the guidance of talented teachers, we mastered many types of creative techniques, made various crafts and toys, from which we organized exhibitions and sales. The proceeds from our work and the products themselves went to charity and orphanages. This made me very happy and inspired me with pride that I, too, was contributing my bit to a noble cause. I want to be useful and needed by the people around me, so I lovingly make gifts for my family, friends, and teachers. I give gifts not only for holidays, but also just to please a person. A joyful smile, a surprised look, words of gratitude - this is my inspiration... And of course, nature itself - flowers, trees. birds are everything beautiful in this world. I am very passionate about creativity, and therefore I try to develop and improve my skills. I think that I could conduct master classes, because I can share my skills with my friends. Olesya Samoilova

My inspiration often comes in the morning. Morning is the time of day when new thoughts come to mind that you can turn into reality. Also, your thoughts are empty and do not depend on the opinions of others. Of course, I am inspired by many other things, for example, warm tea by a snowy window or headphones with my favorite music by the pond. But still it inspires me less than the morning. People also inspire me, strange, but true. Whom you want to draw or with whom you want to draw. Sometimes you talk to a person, and the next morning a poem is born. Some people have other sources of inspiration, but these are mine. Ekaterina Uvarova

(13 years old, Vyborg)

Inspiration is a state when a person can create, create something new. The source of my inspiration is the surrounding world, nature, beautiful city buildings, interesting people and events. For example, my teacher at the Rainbow club, a very enthusiastic person, teaches various types of needlework. I had fun making toys from wool (a dog, a snowman, felt boots and others), drawing the night streets of Moscow on fabric (batik), inspired by their mystery, creating works dedicated to memorable events in Russian history (Victory Day, City Day). Another bright person is my theater arts teacher. During classes, he offers to listen to pieces of music or gives key words on the basis of which we come up with miniatures. At such moments interesting creative ideas come. In the choir circle I express my feelings and emotions through song. Thus, real events, memories, bright people and my loved ones help me in my creativity. Ellina Arakcheeva

(12 years old, Moscow)

I love making crafts with my own hands. In elementary school, I attended the School of Art, Fine Arts department. I am inspired to create by the desire to please my family and friends. And since I have a lot of them, I am constantly busy creating some new craft. I especially love to draw. My loved ones really like my paintings, so I am happy. Elizaveta Kukhta

(13 years old, Krymsky district)

Creativity does not exist without inspiration. When inspiration comes to a person, he begins to create, write, draw, dance, compose. For a muse to come to me, all I need to do is walk through a park or a forest, listen to birds singing, or read something. Sometimes even talk to a person. As soon as my muse comes to me - the muse of fantasy, I start drawing, composing, singing or dancing. Most of all I love to draw. I became very interested in drawing. At art school I learn to express my feelings on paper. My teacher, the famous artist Tatyana Germanovna Abramova, helps me with this. Alesya Evdokimova

(12 years old, Istra)

My creativity is inspired by emotions. Emotions are you at a given time, in a given place. You pour your feelings into a drawing, a song, a dance. I love showing my emotions in songs, music school allows me to develop this skill and I think that everything is ahead of me. My motto in life: “If something goes wrong, don’t be upset and go create.” In my opinion, wonderful words, you can just be silent while you draw, and on paper display everything, absolutely everything that is happening inside... Sea, mountains, flight, love. Absolutely everything. Therefore, you don’t really have to look for inspiration, create while you still have emotions. Victoria Soldatova

(14 years old, Moscow)

What inspires me to create? The world around. Everything that the eyes see and what the ears hear, everything that evokes some kind of emotion. And it could be anything! Nature, music, paintings, films, poetry. Nature inspires with color combinations. Music lifts your spirits. Each person has their own inspiration. Anastasia Pravdolyubova

(13 years old, Moscow)

I am inspired to create by listening to music of various genres, various life situations and free time that I can spend alone with myself. Different music inspires different thoughts and ideas. For example: listening to classical music inspires me to explore the fine arts. Communication with different people encourages different thoughts and ideas. Also, many people do not even realize that they are pushing them to fulfill some plan. Left alone with myself, in a calm environment, I take all events closer to my heart and different thoughts arise in me. Each person has their own path to inspiration and I have named some of the paths. Evgenia Arsentieva

(14 years old, Kingisepp)

Creativity - from the word create, you can create anything with your own hands, the most important thing is that it is interesting, beautiful, that it attracts, surprises and makes you create again. Music inspires me to be creative - I am a musician, I play the trumpet, I even play with an orchestra, we have a music group in our class and we perform at school events. I am also inspired to create by the skill of other people - scientists, inventors, science fiction writers. I recently assembled a radio (with the help of my parents, of course). I am also inspired by my childhood dream - to create my own city, where there will be no harmful industries, there will be only electric cars, where electricity will be generated by wind, the houses will be low and comfortable, where there will be enough space for everyone and every person will be needed and happy. Artem Koltsov

(12 years old, St. Petersburg)

What inspires me to create? It seems to me, first of all, these are my parents and grandparents. They always help me in my endeavors, help me create projects, rehearse the texts of speeches with me, give advice, and then support me in defending projects and speaking, with them I feel more confident. Sometimes, of course, they force me not to be lazy, even when I don’t feel like doing it, and I’m even more grateful to them for that. I am also inspired by my classmates, with whom we come up with scripts for various performances and prepare projects; it is always very interesting and fun. Playing sports also brings a lot of inspiration, after training you have more strength and it is always very easy to do homework, write essays or learn poetry, new ideas appear. Traveling always brings a lot of new impressions and a good mood; the emotions and knowledge gained on excursions can then be applied in your projects and performances. For example, trips to children's camps give a lot of ideas for organizing performances at school. Grigory Koshin

(12 years old, Moscow)

Looking at the paintings of many great artists or listening to the works of famous composers, you involuntarily think about what inspired them. And the answer in most cases is obvious - nature. It is she, her beauty that inspires many people to create something beautiful. And I was no exception, nature always helps to inspire! Vladimir Strugov

(15 years old, Arkhangelsk)

Inspiration is a state of a peculiar rise in mood, creative excitement of a person. I am inspired by music and travel. Music inspires me to think and contemplate, to draw conclusions about what I see. When music that I like plays in my headphones, I feel like I’m in a movie that I’m making about myself. Traveling inspires me to take photographs, to capture interesting moments that will never happen again. It could be nature, buildings, people, transport... Anything that seems beautiful or unusual to me. Inspiration for me is a step towards creation. I have not exhibited my work anywhere or participated in competitions; I have no awards. Daniil Zhuravlev

(15 years old, Moscow)

I am inspired to create by someone’s heroic deed, some romantic story, strong emotions. For artistic creativity, something beautiful is pleasing to the eye, be it animals in their natural environment or a colorful landscape of exotic plants. I am not interested in musical creativity, but I really like to listen to good music. As a child, I really loved collecting Lego sets and inventing my own models. In adulthood, I will definitely meet true love and it will encourage me to become a writer or reader. Gleb Lazarev

(14 years old, Moscow)

Music inspires me. You can imagine any picture to the music. I really like to draw to music. With music I get more ideas. Most of my drawings are done to music. Sofia Sheremeteva

(14 years old, Petrozavodsk)

Inspiration is a very strange thing. Sometimes it comes right away, and sometimes you can sit for hours looking for inspiration. Different things can inspire, for some the inspiration is the muse, others are inspired by family and relatives. When I draw something or write even this text, I like to listen to music or watch funny films. Inspiration helps writers write good and interesting books, and composers help melodies. Good inspiration is the guarantee that your creation will be good! Alexandra Ivanova

Good afternoon friends! Today we will talk about what and who inspires me to make money online.

Who else inspires me to work online?

All those who don’t believe that I can succeed or think that I’m wasting my time. Paradoxically, their disbelief makes me strive even harder for my goal.

But sometimes negative thoughts still creep into my head. Where would we be without them? In this case, I read motivational books.

They can be classified as the first part of the motivators, but they were written by people and based on their personal experience, which is why I included them in the second part of the article. On my blog I periodically talk about such books. You can read about them also.

The charge of motivation lasts for at least several days, and many books for personal growth have been written and are easy to find on the Internet.

And, of course, bloggers who have already achieved success serve as role models. If they could do it, then so can I. I have enough perseverance and desire for this.

I will not give specific names, there are quite a lot of them and everyone can easily name 2-3 names.

Not a single human achievement is complete without inspiration - an obsession, a muse, something that pushes us to take grandiose actions and steps. Sources of inspiration for everyone are individual, some draw new ideas from communicating with people, while others - from reading books and visiting theaters. What is inspiration itself? This is a peak state that causes an influx of positive emotions, promoting fruitful work and dramatic changes in life. A person feels a surge of strength, he wants to live and create. Many compare this phenomenon to a breath of clean air that changes their worldview.

Depending on a person’s personal qualities, his preferences, morals and values, as well as his field of activity, there are several sources of inspiration. Let's look at the most common ones.

Love (infatuation, lust, passion)

Emotions, energy, overflowing - probably everyone is familiar with the state when one can “move mountains” for the sake of the object of adoration. Love has always forced people to do things, sometimes thoughtless and illogical. Many great works of art, poetry and prose were created by authors under the influence of the euphoria of love and passion. For some, love is a source of life, inspiration, forcing them to create and go towards their goals. Happy mutual relationships lead to marriage, but in most cases they provoke vigorous activity only in the initial stages, when emotions are fresh and new.

Unrequited love is more typical for creative activity, since it is this that awakens the desire to conquer the beloved. Those feelings that a person for some reason is unable to express fall on paper in the form of brush strokes, notes, beautiful lines about love, from which songs and poems, prose, and also beautiful paintings are subsequently composed.

Problems.

I'm not a psychologist, but I am very interested in solving various issues that make human life more meaningful and complex. Unlike many people who try by all means not to linger on complex and sometimes even painful issues, I try to look at the task from different angles.

Psychologists say that difficulties, conflicts and dilemmas can serve as inspiration for morally and emotionally strong individuals. When we focus on difficulties, we experience some stress. In addition to side effects, stress and emotional tension activate the human imagination and heighten perception. These mental processes often find new and unusual ideas and make the mind more productive.

Nature (walks, animals, natural phenomena)

Sometimes one glance at the world around you is enough to start moving forward. Since ancient times, nature has awakened indescribable emotions in people, inspiring them to create something new and unique. Natural sources of inspiration are what surrounds us in the everyday world. Even pets that are constantly near you can become a kind of “generator” of new ideas and thoughts.

Heavy rain and bad weather outside, as well as a clear day after a storm, are real sources of creative inspiration. For example, the sound of raindrops, thunderclaps, and gray colors cause an influx of slight sadness and hopelessness, while the rich shades of nature after bad weather, on the contrary, provoke a surge of positive emotions.

2016 Small Steps Toward Success Project by Armen Petrosyan, author of the project “Stodnevka - an expedition to a new self” and creator of “Life is interesting!”

  • stodnevka.ru

As a child, I shared a room with my brother. There was not enough space. Common table and bookcase. Everyone had their own wall, next to which their bed stood. The first thing I saw when I woke up in the morning were portraits of my idols glued on top of the green wallpaper. Four-time Olympic champion Finnish runner Lasse Viren and Soviet polar explorer and scientist Otto Schmidt. These were my icons. The first inspired me to wake up at six in the morning and run. The second is to read and dream a lot.

Adults have a harder time finding inspiration than children. Experience prevents you from believing in a miracle, and without it, inspiration turns into an ordinary calculation. For me, inspiration is when experience and dreams of the desired future are combined in the present. When this happens, strength and confidence triple.

Among the skills that 100 days train is the ability to inspire yourself and others. You can do this yourself. Start by writing down your definition of inspiration. Throughout the day, notice what is your source of inspiration? Think about how inspiration is connected to mood and performance. Get to know yourself better. Our capabilities are an iceberg. We tend to be content only with those that are visible above the surface of everyday life.

Inspiration is motivation multiplied by the confidence and joy of the present moment. Inspiration has a source.

Motivation is a desire focused on a specific goal or task. Inspiration is the joy of realizing possibilities.

Good music, a beautiful view, and warm-hearted people can inspire. You suddenly want to be better.

When you experience joy, you yourself feel the desire to become a source of joy and inspiration for others.

Understanding inspiration is necessary only in order to be able to reproduce it, understand how to use it and what to use it for.

What inspires you? Collect a collection of things and phenomena that inspire you.

Share your experience to inspire yourself and inspire others. Make a list of places, music, books, poems, movies, videos, phenomena, events that inspire you.

I wish you inspiration!

Self-development #Motivation #hundred days

Staying in solitude and complete silence, meditation

Sometimes the hustle and bustle of everyday life makes you want to lock yourself in your own room and not leave there for at least a day. Carry it out - and you will be able to breathe in with ease, freed from the shackles that have been interfering until this moment. Similar sources of inspiration, examples of which can be found in many books and films, allowed people to achieve certain heights. Silence and harmony with the world around us are necessary for everyone, otherwise a person can simply lose himself in everyday worries and experiences. One hour spent on internal conversations with yourself and understanding what is happening around you is enough, and you will see the world in different colors.

Rivalry.

Competition as a part of life generates inspiration in our minds because every person has a cherished desire to win the race and achieve success. As you compete, your ambition will boost your brain's performance. This means that your imagination begins to produce a large number of ideas that will help lead you to victory. The main thing is to learn to cope with uncertainty and fears, because someday they can harm you.

Questionable sources of inspiration

There is an opinion that the use of alcohol and drugs promotes philosophical thinking and, as a result, obtaining insight and inspiration. But this is far from true. Undoubtedly, some of the greats of this world were not only addicted to alcohol and drugs, but even abused them, but for an ordinary person with mediocre thinking and weak will, hobbies of this kind can only bring negative consequences in the form of alcohol and drug addiction.

Remember! To find inspiration, you must at a minimum be open to something new, desire change, be able to communicate and improve.

Travel

To keep your thoughts from being crowded, sometimes it’s enough to get out of the four walls and change the environment. When this is not enough, go to another city or country for at least a few days. This is a colossal experience, a source of vivid impressions and the best way to combine business with pleasure: take a break from the depressing atmosphere and bad weather, as well as discover new horizons and get acquainted with the culture of other peoples. What if you go to Venice for two days and go to an open-air museum? Visit Florence or Rome? Or maybe go to London? Inspiration will strike you right on the Thames embankment - tested and guaranteed. And for those who are charged with positive energy from adrenaline, there are also a lot of options: extreme excursions, walks over the abyss, diving with sharks, volcanic surfing, bungee jumping, rafting and much more. There is no way to drop everything and take an unplanned vacation? Review your photographs and videos: the warmest memories of your recent travels will surely come back to life in your memory.

Celebrities that will definitely inspire you

Celebrities are people just like us. They also went through all the obstacles and achieved their goal. But which of them can really inspire a person by their example? The list below:

  1. Oprah Winfrey. Considered one of the most powerful women in the world and a multi-billionaire. Oprah has certainly succeeded in life. With her success on The Oprah Winfrey Show, autobiographies, radio shows and involvement in the weight-loss industry, it's hard to imagine that her life was anything but ideal. But she had to struggle a lot in life. She was born to a single mother, lived in poverty and was sexually abused many times;

  2. Stephen King. Most of us know Stephen King as a twisted writer who almost always sets his horror stories in Maine. To date, he has published and sold more than 350 million copies of his novels. But being an author is not always easy because it comes with a lot of competition. Incredibly, King's first novel was rejected a total of 30 times before the firm published it. He even threw the book (Carrie) in the trash in surrender. Luckily for us, his wife pulled the book out of the trash and gave us the opportunity to read her husband's wonderful novels;

  3. K. Rowling. This British native's success is no secret, whether you're a Harry Potter fan or not. The Harry Potter empire is valued at around $15 billion (yes, you read that right). Rowling had to go through a very difficult time just before her books appeared. She got married, was abused, had a daughter, then divorced her husband. She lost her mother to a serious illness and had to live on donations to survive. Moreover, the first Harry Potter book was rejected by all major British publishers. Once someone finally said yes, the series took off immediately;

  4. Bill Gates. Bill is famous for creating Microsoft and is incredibly rich because of it. Despite his business aptitude and incredible intelligence, his first business venture failed. This technology-related business was not operating even during the presentation to potential buyers. Bill did not give up after the first failure, but continued to try. He succeeded;

  5. Bethany Hamilton is an extremely talented professional surfer who won the NSSA National Championships competition. She had a near-death experience at age 13 when her left arm was completely bitten off by a shark. After the incident, she was back on her surfboard a month later.

You can and should look up to these people to lead a long and happy life inspired.
