A person is a complex system. In a sense, we live in two worlds at once. On the one hand, we live in the external world: the world of situations, circumstances, external reality.
And at the same time, we live in our own inner world, the world of our thoughts, our consciousness. These two worlds are completely different; our needs, desires, goals, aspirations are formed as a result of the interaction of these two worlds.
The inner world of a person is not given initially; it arises as a result of reflection of the outer world. In our research we want to learn about the formation, influence and interaction of these two worlds in a person.

Alena : This filter is the largest, most active and most necessary. What comes from the outside world, this information is filled with emotions.
We, people, cannot deal with our own emotional plan; even good words can have a negative emotional connotation. And in order to separate, to separate the wheat from the chaff, this is what a filter space is needed for.

Alena : Well, they tell me that this filter is connected with the internal state of a person. Very often, in words you convey one thing, but your emotions convey the opposite.
So a mother, for example, strokes the child on the head and talks about her love, but inside she feels irritated towards this little man. We ourselves do not understand what emotions we actually release into space.
Twists and turns in Edenia

They plunged their sons, along with Delia, into a deep sleep for many years, and so that nothing would happen to them by the moment of truth, they were both sent to the Earthly Kingdom. There, under the mountains, two dragons were assigned to their sleeping bodies as guards - Tavon was guarded by the golden dragon Orin, and Daegon was guarded by a red dragon named Karo.
The brothers will sleep until the hour of doom comes - they must wake up at the same time and the dragons will tell them about their destiny. Argus and Delia were preparing a special test: they hid a special sword and magical armor on the ground, and the one who was the first to take possession of them would be considered the winner and take the place of the guardian of Edenia.
Also, the future guardian will prevent a global cataclysm by choosing: to kill all the mighty warriors of Mortal Kombat or try to deprive them of their powers. This question was left to chance - this was the plan of the gods, strange of course, but that’s why they are gods, that their plans are not always clear to mortals.
Well, meanwhile, the Emperor of the Outer World Shao Kahn did not waste time: he defeated small worlds in abundance and now wanting to capture some of the original kingdoms, his gaze fell on Edenia and the first Mortal Kombat began.
10 times the warriors of Edenia tried to resist the trained and battle-hardened fighters of Shao Kahn, and all ten times they lost. Eventually, the Emperor of Outworld won the right to attack Edenia and, during a major battle, Shao Kahn killed the king of Edenia, Jerrod , and took his queen, Sindel . He also took into custody the daughter of Jerrod and Sindel, a young girl named Kitana , thereby marking his complete power over this world.

Larisa : Tell me, please, can they advise us on how to strengthen the internal vessel, form the internal core?
Alena : Initially, this vessel is formed by the mother. This vessel on the spiritual level begins to form before the soul arrives in this world . And then the mother’s thoughts, her desire, her love begin to act.

People who communicate with their souls have a heterogeneous inner world. Heterogeneous - in a good sense, filled with different colors and at the same time quite stable.
All meditations and spiritual practices are aimed at stabilizing the inner world and making us whole.
Larisa : Is the internal state formed by external factors or by the base that exists initially?
Alena : It’s different for everyone. It depends on the mission of the soul. Someone comes with a small world, but quite stable. Watch the children, it looks like a small child, but adult, wise eyes are looking at you.
This is a person who came with a holistic, stable inner world; they concentrate all the information received inside their little world. And there are adults who are in the state of children. Their inner world is in an unbalanced state .
This is related to the problem of alcoholism, and all addictions in general. If a person has such a problem, this indicates internal instability, an imbalance of internal processes. The inner world begins to burst at the edges.
Larisa : With a strong negative impact, the internal vessel bursts. Is imbalance leading to such consequences as a burst vessel?
Alena : Yes, this imbalance can have different effects. By the shape of the vessel you can determine how stable a person is and what he is susceptible to. How complete a person is can be determined through spiritual practices.
Our inner world is sometimes called a tiny little world, which shows how fragile and defenseless this world can be. Inner peace gives that light from within that comes from some people.
For some reason, now I have an image of a lamp, a lamp in which multi-colored substances float and take on different forms. Likewise, people who glow from within are in some way similar to such lamps, despite the fact that their internal state can change and be painted in different colors, while they constantly emit inner light.
Larisa : We compare the inner world with a vessel, with a lamp, but what else can we compare the inner world of a person with?
Alena : Secret corners. We rarely look into our secret corners, we try not to go there, all the time, being on the visible side of consciousness.
One of these secret corners belongs to our inner child. The inner child is part of a person’s inner world. From time to time it makes itself felt, but we turn to the inner child only when necessary, and we need to pay attention to this little world.
Goro's winning streak in Mortal Kombat
So, after such a slap in the face, Shao Kahn, of course, did not stop, he only became more inflamed with hatred for the Earthly Kingdom and people. The emperor continued the tournament and started all over again, only now his main champion was already a powerful four-armed giant from the Shokan clan named Goro .
The sorcerer Shang Tsung got a chance to atone for his failure - he eliminated one of the grandmasters, sort of the arbiters of the Mortal Kombat tournament, and quite cleverly managed to win the trust of the other two, so he soon took the place of the grandmaster he had killed. So Shao Kahn got his own man who makes decisions about the rules of Mortal Kombat and this was very useful, because at the very next tournament Goro, with the help of Shang Tsung, killed the Great Kung Lao and began his winning streak in Mortal Kombat competitions.

The external world of man
Larisa : What can you say about the external world of a person, what is it like?

The outside world is knowledge, emotions, events that happen to us. It is so important not to limit a person to a narrow circle. This is a certain horizon of a person, which is a component of the external world of a person.
Larisa : How do these two worlds interact correctly? Is it possible and what is the right thing to do, strive to preserve the original internal component or maximally develop and expand the boundaries of the external world?
Alena : If you want stability and integrity, then you need to work equally and pay attention to both worlds. The outer world expands its boundaries, while the inner world fills these boundaries with content. The worlds are closely connected and mutually enriched.
The outside world can take a lot of things for granted. But then, as a result of transformation and processing, the excess goes away and what remains is what rightfully belongs to us. What is accepted and absorbed by us.
The inner world is that core, that inner beacon that gives us an understanding of correctness. He guides us through life and sets the direction for our thoughts and actions. The outer world is controlled by us, while the inner world is part of the Divine plan.
Larisa : Which interaction is more common, when the inner world influences the outer, or vice versa, when the outer influences the inner?
Alena : There is no such thing as one ruling over the other. The inner world is constantly on guard, to let or not to let into the boundaries of the inner world. But there is no such thing as the fact that one of the worlds prevails over the other.
People tend to lock themselves in closets, in your condition, you can slam all the little worlds, block access to them. Then the energy interaction is lost. Protection is lost. Both worlds are energetically connected.

Then the protector of the earth, the younger god Raiden, intervened in what was happening: he discovered Shinnok and found out that he draws his unusual power from a magical amulet.
Raiden understood that without this amulet he had no chance to resist the elder god, and therefore the first thing he did was deprive Shinnok of his main weapon. After this, an incredible battle broke out on earth between Shinnok and Raiden, and the power that was released during their confrontation destroyed a huge part of life in the Earthly Realm, and only after that the rest of the elder gods intervened in history.
They helped Raiden defeat Shinnok and then all together imprisoned the rebel in the Underworld. The earthly kingdom survived on the brink of destruction; dark times came on the planet, from which Raiden himself helped people emerge.

Larisa : Probably, not all people are able to perceive the inner world of other people, but how can this be determined by external factors? For example, when people have troubles, is it a consequence of their imbalance and incorrect worldview, or is there no such connection?
Alena : There is no such connection. You can't judge people like that. For a person who experiences unpleasant events, people who experience negativity created by circumstances, yes, this path through which the inner light comes out is clogged, it is barely noticeable, but this light is there .
Light may come from someone in a large stream, but this light will not be bright. And from someone the light comes in a thin stream, but at the same time it will be bright and concentrated.
It's like the sound of a bell. Or you can hit a metal object, and one object will sound very loud and ringing, while the other object will make a dull and low sound.
Larisa : What does the emitted light depend on? Can it be increased or changed?
Alena : Yes, the light can change. Sometimes the changes take years, and sometimes the light changes in a matter of minutes. It depends on emotions, on the inner ego of a person.
Those people who work on their transformation, who keep their emotional plane in a positive direction, who radiate love - pure and concentrated light emanates from these people.
Larisa : The terms “channels” and “channel cleaning” are often used; can such practices affect a person’s inner light?
Alena : They can, but this is different. These practices cannot affect a person’s inner world. There must be an internal transformation. No amount of practice can make our thoughts purer.
