Instant hypnosis. The power of suggestion, techniques, techniques

Hypnosis is perceived by most people as an extremely mysterious phenomenon. Some people are afraid of him, especially if they have experience with street hypnotists. And many would like to know more about this unusual effect of one person on another and learn how to hypnotize. This desire is quite possible to bring to life, even if you start studying it at home. The practical hypnosis tutorial will help you with this.

Hypnosis tutorial, how to learn to hypnotize?

(C) Translation into Russian by V.V. Makarenko. 1991 Espero Publishing House, Taganrog 1992 OCR: Andrey Boyarintsev

The material in this self-instruction manual on hypnosis is unusual in that for the first time the general reader is given detailed information on suggestion without going to sleep, with a detailed analysis of this method of hypnotic suggestion, which is still known to a limited number of hypnotists performing on the stage. The book provides methods of conventional hypnotization and discusses the possibilities of mental suggestion. The book is equipped with exercises with which you can independently master the methods of hypnotization in the shortest possible time.

Physiological basis of hypnosis

To master hypnosis, its methodology and practice, you first need to understand its physiological mechanism. The word hypnosis has Greek roots: hypnos means sleep. With the help of hypnosis, you can put a person both into a hypnotic sleep and into a hypnotic state, or trance.

A trance state occurs in a person quite often and without the help of a hypnotist. Deeply thinking, dreaming, being overtired, he plunges into a similar state without noticing. In a trance caused by a hypnotist, a person perceives internal sensations more clearly than external stimuli in the form of sounds and movements. Any textbook on hypnosis will help you study the features of this state in more detail.

Hypnotic sleep is partial, inhibition is limited to the cerebral cortex and does not extend to the subcortical area. Against the background of inhibition, areas called sentinel centers continue to work in the cerebral cortex. Through them there is a connection with the outside world. They allow the person being hypnotized to maintain contact with the hypnologist. This selective contact is called hypnotic rapport. When rapport is established, a person becomes insensitive to all external stimuli except the voice of the hypnotist.

Such a differentiated reaction to a stimulus emanating only from the hypnotizing one can be achieved by arousing the person’s trust. This can be done in two ways:

  1. Through consciousness. This is a long path of logical persuasion, through critical perception and active conscious elaboration.
  2. From the side of the subconscious, bypassing the person’s personal “I”, his conscious critical perception.

It is precisely penetration into the unconscious of the subject that must be learned by those who have begun self-training in hypnosis.

Is it possible to learn hypnosis at home?

INTRODUCTION TO SELF-EDUCATION IN HYPNOSIS

This work contains great truth. This book will have a decisive impact on personal development, health promotion, and awareness of one’s “I.” Life, unfortunately, is short and you need to use it to great advantage, to become the master of your destiny. Read and re-read, practice and you will be successful.

Always be confident and invincible. Remember that life is designed in such a way that those who do not want to defend themselves are mercilessly “crushed” by those around them. This book has the goal of introducing everyone to the secret forces that lie within themselves.

For the first time in the entire history of hypnosis, the mechanism of suggestion without immersion in sleep, which is currently available only to individual hypnotists, is fully revealed. Practical information on hypnosis and suggestion enables the average reader to independently master hypnosis.

This is not even a textbook - it's a self-instruction manual. The author is absolutely sure that this work will cause the indignation of those who until this time had undivided possession of this knowledge, hiding from outsiders the mechanism of action of these forces and the paths of their development, and secretly using this terrible weapon.

Now you will not be defenseless in the face of terrible danger! This is precisely the author's ultimate goal.

How to use the book?

This book is intended for those who want to independently develop their abilities as a hypnotist, but do not know where to start. Here's how to take the first step.

There are no unnecessary words in the book. If something seems insignificant to you, it means you did not understand something. Go back and read this passage again. Try to think it through again. The fact is that some “underread piece” can destroy the integrity of the entire material on such a subtle and delicate topic as hypnosis, and the mechanism described here will not work.

There is no doubt that after 3 months you will be able to achieve the desired result. Three months is the maximum time required to master the first stage of autogenic training, develop a sense of absolute confidence and other qualities that are required to fulfill the ten basic rules. Of course, there are special exercises used by priests and ministers of various cults since ancient times. These exercises enhance the effect, make your gaze irresistible, your will “iron”, and in combination with mastering the second highest stage of AT allows you to master the ability of mental imposition of images (“induced hypnosis”), used in magic. All this is described in detail in the book “Mental Imposition of Images or Induced Hypnosis.” The mentioned book is a logical continuation of this book.

The effect of hypnosis on a person

Hypnosis is a psychological phenomenon that was known about in primitive society. It was then that the belief in mysticism and magic arose and rituals appeared. The most famous hypnotic means of the past include fire. Various features of the rituals performed by our ancestors surrounded him with an aura of supernaturalism and unreality.

Our contemporaries are not at all behind their ancestors and use hypnosis in various fields of activity.

Specialists who master the technique of hypnosis, as a rule, undergo lengthy training. First you need to master human psychology, learn verbal suggestion and influence. Such practices turn out to be quite useful in treating a number of diseases, fears and phobias.

According to experts, it is easy to hypnotize a person. It does not require power or magical attributes and there is no need to purchase any specialized tools. Just a voice is enough.

The only thing needed is the desire to learn the basic techniques and patience. Patience lies primarily in the fact that you have to try techniques many times on different people until it works. Self-confidence, theory, practice and technique of hypnosis are the basic requirements needed to begin hypnotizing. Studying theory and experience helps to find the right approach to each client.

It should be borne in mind that some people cannot be hypnotized. Some are able to immerse themselves in a hypnotizable state in less than a minute if the hypnologist does everything right. With others, however, you need to work long and hard because people are too nervous or too afraid of hypnosis, so it is difficult to put them into this state. More than one session is carried out with such people in order to obtain an acceptable result. Thus, only under the condition of professional and competent work can we talk about the success of this event.

Hypnosis can be done anywhere: at home, on the street, in a cafe, etc. In a word, in any public place. The only thing to keep in mind is that in silence, hypnosis will have different goals, since in this case the techniques will be aimed at changing behavior or beliefs that need to be overcome (fears or bad habits).

According to a number of experts, hypnosis is a very effective tool in the treatment of a number of mental illnesses and phobias. The human self-healing potential plays a big role here. Trying to force a person to follow directions can lead to the desired result. Everything largely depends on the technique of suggestion and hypnosis.

Many psychologists and psychotherapists have managed to appreciate the role of hypnosis and successfully use it in the treatment of panic attacks, alcoholism, obesity and many other diseases.

Hypnosis for beginners. How to master the technique of hypnosis?

In addition to hypnosis, this book shows in a simple and accessible way the mechanism of influencing a person without putting him to sleep (“waking suggestion”), as well as ways to develop these abilities. Those who have mastered the techniques of non-contact massage will find additional useful information about it: methods for developing hand sensitivity, little-known information about how to enhance the therapeutic effect. In a hypnotized state, many people experience increased telepathic abilities, and suggestions from the hypnotist to the hypnotized person can be transmitted directly from brain to brain.

If anyone thinks that they can become a hypnotist simply by reading a book, they are deeply mistaken; they need persistent training using the given methodology.

How to influence the subconscious

The hypnotic effect occurs through the invocation of subconscious trust and the establishment of so-called rapport. The theory, techniques and practice of hypnosis are inextricably linked with this concept. Rapport is the connection established by the hypnotist with the hypnotized person.

With the establishment of rapport, the hypnotized person becomes more receptive to the suggested words of the hypnotist, readiness to carry out suggested tasks, and loses reaction to other external stimuli. To create unconscious trust and rapport, the hypnotist identifies himself with the hypnotized person - makes his behavior similar, adjusts his posture, gestures, movements, and breathing patterns.

Adjustment to posture and movements

The simplest technique in creating subconscious trust is to adjust to the pose of the person being hypnotized - it must be copied, directly or crosswise (that is, like in a mirror). If, for example, the client's left leg is on top when crossing his legs, when cross-adjusting, the hypnotist should have his left leg on top. But a person rarely sits still, so movements also become the subject of adjustment. This adjustment is more difficult; you need to be very careful, watching and repeating gestures and facial expressions, and at the same time not letting your partner realize it.

The easiest way is to adapt to a person’s gestures, and when copying a gesture, you don’t have to complete it, but only outline and repeat the direction. It is convenient to reproduce the frequency of blinking - the opposite party is almost never aware of this.

To learn this technique, you need to do exercises - copy the pose of a person who is in a motionless state. Repeat changes in posture, gestures, movements. When copying a movement, you can only reflect it by direction; it is important to repeat its frequency. By copying the rhythm of blinking, you can stop it at some point or close your eyes. If the subject does the same, it means that the adjustment is working and the state of hypnosis is approaching.

Adjusting to breathing

Training to adjust to breathing requires a lot of attention, since there is a direct connection between this function and the subconscious. The direct type of adjustment is an exact copying of the rhythm of the subject's inhalations and exhalations. This adjustment is most effective. But if a person's breathing rhythm is too fast or slow, it may be difficult to reproduce. In this case, indirect adjustment is used - they copy the breathing rhythm by moving, for example, a finger.

When performing training exercises, you need to work on both types of adjustments. Watching the person, begin to breathe evenly in time with his inhalations and exhalations. Then select a subject with an increased breathing rate and try to copy the rhythm of inhalation and exhalation by shaking your leg or moving your finger.

Voice and speech

The voice is the hypnotist's working tool. A clear, strong, pleasant voice, easily moving from tone to tone, introduces the hypnotized person into a state of trance. Speech should be clear, unhurried, and convincing. It is necessary to develop your own voice, which will act hypnotically, train it in accordance with these requirements, learn to change intonation, make it rhythmic if necessary.

There are two more rules used in hypnosis:

  1. The speech should not contain negatives. Negations do not exist in the subconscious; it does not perceive them. An exercise for training such speech is to avoid using the particle “not” at all for some time, and instead of using negative words, use others that are suitable in meaning. Then return to normal speech, but when talking about experiences, do not use the negative particle.
  2. Phrases should be general in nature, not specific to the situation. The person being hypnotized must have unoccupied space for his impressions and feelings. This facilitates a faster introduction into trance.

After these initial techniques have been successfully mastered, you can move on - study and train in a self-instruction manual on the basics of hypnosis, techniques for inducing trance through associations, suggestion with command words, hypnotization with built-in messages, using a person’s natural trance. Mastering the techniques of breaking patterns, overloading, and anchoring will add to your knowledge and techniques. It is also important to pay attention to autogenic training.

This is only a small part of the recommendations and exercises for mastering hypnosis. To learn practical hypnosis, you need to work hard using the hypnosis tutorial for beginners, use videos with exercises, examples of techniques, and advice from experienced specialists. Such information can be obtained on the channel of psychologist and hypnologist Nikita Valerievich Baturin.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis has been known since ancient times. It was used by ministers of various cults to strengthen faith in “miraculous healings” and to show discerning visions of a religious nature. Hypnosis is an integral part of the art of witchcraft and is used by sorcerers, healers, and shamans of various countries and peoples.

No matter what natural willpower a person has, he always runs the risk of submitting to the influence of another person, even less strong in spirit, but who has thoroughly studied the rules of hypnotization, personal influence, suggestion and self-hypnosis. To achieve the ability to hypnotize means to be able to attract, impose and inspire others with your thoughts and desires. The ability to hypnotize can be innate or acquired as a result of acquired knowledge.

Anyone can become a hypnotist. I set out to present in a simple and understandable form the ways and means for developing my power. I wish you success.

Instant hypnosis

It is easier for a person to fall into a trance if he is possessed by a strong feeling. It doesn't matter whether the emotion is positive or negative. Instant hypnosis is based on this feature of the psyche. Confusion, bewilderment, and stupefaction, expressed to a strong degree, have a similar effect on a person. Such powerful emotions rob the individual of the ability to quickly navigate, and his subconscious gratefully submits to outside direction.

Instant hypnosis techniques include factors that disorient a person and create a gap in his psychological defense. As a result of this, he ceases to control the situation. Here are the basic techniques of a hypnotist:

  • use shocking information or a deliberately staged meeting;
  • ask misleading, illogical and contradictory questions;
  • unexpectedly use a sudden movement or loud sound;
  • quickly change your behavior.

Instant hypnosis is often used in business negotiations, introducing the opponent into a state of severe confusion and thus causing him to be pliable and receptive to the manipulator’s arguments. For example, right before signing a contract, they provide information that is important for the outcome of the negotiations, but requires careful consideration. Street and gypsy hypnosis are also considered a type of instant hypnosis.

Obstacles to mastering hypnosis

The hypnotist must be absolutely confident in his abilities. This is the main rule. This inner confidence must permeate his consciousness and subconscious. This confidence is the essence of the hypnotist. This feeling is not given immediately, it is developed gradually and must be protected.

Under no circumstances should you take on a task that you know will not be fulfilled, or make a promise that will not be kept, or tell a lie. Untruth undermines the confidence that is in the subconscious.

This is your brake: 1. Insincerity 2. Smoking 3. Drinking alcohol 4. Drinking drinks that excite the nervous system (strong coffee and similar drinks)

Remember - the hypnotist's word is law. If you made a promise, you must keep it.

If you are familiar with the occult sciences or yoga, then you, of course, have noticed the similarities in this matter. The study of classical yoga begins with the first stage, which is called Yama. One of the most important principles of Yama is truthfulness (satya), which must be observed not only in words, but also in thoughts. This is one of the most important principles of witchcraft.

The witchcraft textbooks say directly: “The word of a witch is the word of a witch and it is not allowed to break it.” Another analogy: in witchcraft, when you take several simple non-magical rules and begin to perform them simultaneously, you get a magical effect from their combination. This effect immediately disappears if at least one of those simple, non-magical rules is no longer observed.

In hypnosis, there are also a number of seemingly simple rules and conditions that must be followed. Failure to do at least one of them will not allow you to achieve the effect of hypnosis.

“Waking suggestion” (without falling asleep) Let’s start with something more complex than just hypnosis - “waking suggestion”. This secret has not yet been revealed in detail in books. Anyone who masters this method looks like a real wizard. A person who does not close his eyes, without falling asleep for a second, completely falls under the influence of the hypnotist. We hope that the reader already has an idea that in order to have a hypnotic effect on a person, it is necessary to influence his subconscious. The entrance to the subconscious is vigilantly guarded by consciousness. In various manuals on hypnosis, published at the beginning of the century, there is a successful comparison of the conscious mind with a smart brother, and the subconscious mind with a gullible, stupid brother who believes absolutely everything that he is told. The smart brother makes sure that no one deceives his gullible brother, because once the gullible brother comes into contact with anyone, he will no longer hear the warnings of the smart brother, he will listen and obey the other. Therefore, the goal of the hypnotist is to deceive, distract the person's consciousness and come into contact with his subconscious. Below is a detailed description of the method of “suggestion in reality” (when one turns to the subconscious, bypassing consciousness): SIMPLIFIED MECHANISM OF Suggestion;

1.Inspire trust. 2. Remove the filter of consciousness 3. Reinforce the information with real action.

1.3.1 You need to start:

FIRST STAGE: 1. Remove the “shell” (psychomuscular clamp). This is done to increase sensitivity. With the right approach, the threshold for suggestibility decreases (suggestion becomes easier). Removing the “shell” : a) you can simply shake your shoulders, knead your shoulders, with the suggestion to “relax as much as possible, trust completely.” b) sit him on a chair, shake the suggested person’s hands, suggest that he relax them like whips and not offer the slightest resistance. Check: a) shaking the brush several times, release it so that it falls on the knees or thigh of the suggestible person, then let the brush go again, but deliberately past the knees, so that it hangs: if the suggestible person does not relax, then his hand will not fall limply, but remains suspended or falls too slowly, which means you need to continue relaxing further. c) another way to check the “shell”: Give the task: “Place the palm of your left hand on the vertical index finger of your right hand.” Give the task: “Relax your left hand.” After a while, give the command: “Sharply remove your right hand.” If the left hand remains suspended, then the suggestible person has not relaxed well. The hand should fall limply

SECOND STAGE: (Removing the filter of consciousness, inducing trust.) The main thing when suggesting is to instill trust. It is necessary to force the suggestible to feel with aggravation, to divert the attention of his consciousness, to transfer the attention of consciousness to the area of sensations. To do this, you need to do the following with the suggestible person:

1. Make him put the zeros together, close his eyes, give him the task of relaxing as much as possible. 2. On both sides of the back, bring your hands to his head in the ear area at a distance of 5-10 cm. By force of will, cause a flow of heat from the tips of your fingers and palms until you feel a tingling sensation in your palms (the sensation is similar to electrophoresis, there may be other individual sensations) . 3. Instruct your partner: “Focus your attention on the sensations in the head area.” 4. Ask how he feels. Answer: “Feeling of warmth.” Say: “Now the feeling of warmth will intensify.” Move your palm to your partner's forehead.

The sensitivity of the forehead is higher, so he will immediately feel an increase in warmth, i.e., he will receive reinforcement of words with action. Some suggestibles feel a tingling sensation instead of warmth or begin to lose balance. Some are surprised to discover that when they raise their hands to their ears, the timbre of the voice and the usual sounds that can be heard at that moment changes. You must definitely ask: “How do you feel?” If your partner talks about some kind of tingling or something else, for example: “It’s pulling back,” you need to say: “That’s right, now it’s going to pull even harder.” If he says that the sound has somehow changed, you need to say: “That’s right, that’s how it should be.” This is the most important moment of penetration into the subconscious. This is the most important moment of penetration into the subconscious. You need to closely monitor your partner and reinforce him. reinforce his feelings with words.

All the power lies in backing words with action! Example: You noticed that he had a tear. React immediately. Say: “Now you will have a tear,” etc. This is how faith is consolidated on an unconscious level (in the subconscious). As words are reinforced by action, the threshold for suggestibility decreases. The information you give must be reliable and always supported. The willpower of the suggestible person does not matter.

THIRD STAGE You need to say (i.e. give an instruction): “Now I will count to three, and you will be slowly pulled back.” Moving your hands along your head, pull your head towards you with your palms (without touching your head with your hands). Stand back. As a rule, a person immediately begins to lose balance and fall backward. Simultaneously with these actions, say: “One, two, three! You are being pulled back! You are Falling! You're falling! You're falling! You're falling! You're falling! You need to speak with emphasis and without pause, increasing your persistence with each word so as not to turn on your consciousness. Then you need to say: “Enough, now you are being pulled forward” and pull forward with your hands. Then do the same thing back, and so on several times. This is a test of suggestibility, and it is also a powerful reinforcement by action. Special cases: You pull forward, but it falls to the side. You need to say: “You are being pulled to the side.” If it falls too well, you need to ask: “What did you feel? Are you being pulled back? (maybe he's just pretending). Say: “Try to resist, I will pull you back. As soon as I say: “Three,” you will fall back, but try not to fall.” As soon as you are convinced that your subject has passed the suggestibility test and is responding to your palms, it means that his subconscious has already responded to your manipulations and, regardless of the consciousness and will of your subject, a still fragile connection has arisen between you and his subconscious. Let him open his eyes now. The next stage is coming.

FOURTH STAGE (METHODOLOGY) You need to speak in a abrupt tone, in a commanding tone, speak while looking into the eyes. Under no circumstances should you say something like, “Let’s try.” This phrase simply personifies your lack of confidence in your abilities. Standing facing each other, instruct the suggestible person: “I need to check your nervous system. I want to test your sensitivity. The higher your sensitivity, the better. Relax, stand and listen. - Trust me completely - Relax - Place your hands in front of you, fingers wider - Fingers as wide as possible - Tension in your hands. Fingers are like nails (do not press your elbows to your body) - Look into my right eye (while looking at the bridge of your nose) - Your hands, like two opposite magnets, begin to attract each other - The tension in your hands is growing - Your hands are attracted stronger and stronger - You you feel the tension in your hands growing - Hands are getting closer! They're getting closer! They're getting closer! (make passes around your hands up and down, warming them with the strong-willed warmth of your palms, looking into your eyes) - Your fingers are like nails - Your palms and fingers are like solid metal - Your hands are coming closer - Tension in your hands! - Fingers bend back! - Now I will count to three, and your hands will come closer - One. (In a normal soft voice) Fingers like nails - Two. (In a firm, ordinary voice) - The tension is growing, look at your hands. - Three!!! (Shout out and continue speaking without pause). - You see how your hands are getting closer (without a pause) - Your fingers are like nails!!! - Hands are numb! - Your hands are getting closer! They're getting closer! - They're getting closer! They're getting closer! (At the same time, passes are made over the hands from the back). -Your fingers are like nails! (Speak without pause, not allowing consciousness to turn on:) - Fingers are numb! - Fingers bend back! -Your fingers are like nails! - Your fingers are like solid metal! “You won’t be able to clench your fingers into a fist!” - Try it!!! And immediately shout out without the slightest pause: “You see!!!” - Your hands obey only my commands!!! - My words affect you!!! - My words penetrate your brain!!! - I completely control you!!! “Your hands are getting closer, closer, closer!” - Your fingers are clenched into a lock! “The fingers are clenching tighter and tighter!” “You won’t be able to open your hands until I give you permission!” You can almost shout these words too, with emphasis on the words “you can’t.” - You are unable to unclasp your hands! - Once! Two! Three! Then, without pausing, shout out: “Try it!” If you maintained the intonation correctly, did not change the order of words and did everything as it should, then you can do whatever you want with the subject. He will discover with the greatest surprise that he cannot unclasp his hands. He completely obeys you. Now you can safely experiment.

How to develop the qualities necessary for a hypnotist

In order to successfully master a training course in practical hypnosis, a person must assess how well he has developed the necessary skills and personality traits, and engage in training to improve them.

General impression

A novice hypnotist must learn to make a favorable impression on people - this is the beginning of the path to mastering the art of persuasion. Appearance is of great importance. There should be no extremes or bad taste in clothing. Untidyness immediately catches the eye and repels people.

You will have to work on etiquette, communication style, and listening skills. Here are some exercises:

  1. Say hello to every person you live in your neighborhood or meet at work every day. Say the greeting without haste, pronouncing each word clearly.
  2. When greeting, be sure to smile, easily and naturally, and look directly into the eyes of the person you meet. A smile should be rehearsed in front of a mirror - it should not be asymmetrical.
  3. When talking with your interlocutor, show attention and interest, do not interrupt, slightly lean your body towards him, periodically insert the words “yes, yes” and the like, use a sympathetic tilt of the head.

Exercises are performed until the acquired skills are applied automatically. Mastery of these simple techniques allows you to instill conscious trust in people and move on to persuasion - to gently influence a person, influence his views and behavior.

Attention and concentration

To successfully use hypnosis techniques, a person must develop attention. During the session, the hypnotist continuously monitors the smallest details of the subject's behavior; the ability to concentrate plays a huge role.

Concentration is the highest level of attention. Only by focusing on the person being hypnotized does the specialist capture all changes in his behavior, predict the sequence of further actions and accurately select the moment to begin the suggestion. Attention can be called a catalyst for the hypnotic process.

Self confidence

Without a sense of self-confidence, it is difficult to achieve your goals and success in life. For a hypnotist, this quality is paramount; without it, it is impossible to influence other people. An insecure person is unable to resist opponents or ill-wishers; he is easily convinced to change his views or intentions. He himself constantly becomes a victim of influence.

Hypnosis tutorials recommend many exercises to improve self-esteem. Here are a few that can boost your self-confidence:

  • conduct an objective analysis of your strengths and weaknesses and set appropriate goals;
  • honestly analyze your successes and failures, understand and forgive your offenders, yourself for past mistakes;
  • get rid of painful memories, replace them with positive ones - about successes, victories;
  • do not talk badly about yourself, do not attribute shortcomings to yourself;
  • do not focus on feelings of guilt or shame;
  • see failure as a lesson;
  • do not allow yourself to be criticized as a person, but listen to constructive criticism of your actions;
  • on the way to a serious distant goal, set achievable intermediate ones;
  • do not ignore your even small success, praise yourself more often.

For a self-confident person, a new obstacle is not stress, but a challenge that encourages action and new achievements.

Persuasion through conscious trust

Infiltration into the subconscious does not occur when using the option of persuasion through conscious trust. The general scheme of influence by persuasion is as follows:

  • for persuasion, the place and moment of contact is thought out in advance;
  • the conversation is directed in the right direction;
  • arguments are selected in accordance with the personality and mood of the subject;
  • the rhythm of the conversation and the order of presentation of arguments are maintained;
  • counter arguments are neutralized;
  • continuation of the conversation is ensured in case the object disagrees;
  • immediately after achieving the goal, the conversation ends.

It is important to part ways amicably and try to ensure that the person does not leave with a feeling of submission to someone else’s will.

If the goal of persuasion was not achieved, the conversation should not be ended, but continued in a direction that is interesting for the partner, and then, when saying goodbye, recall the main arguments and, without pressure, invite you to think about them.

How to take away a voice and make a person mute

If you take two fingers by the skin on the throat, which has already passed the test for suggestibility before the moment of interlocking the fingers, having previously said: “Now I will take away your voice and you will not be able to speak,” pull the skin with two fingers and withdraw your hand with a clenched fist and say: “ Here is your voice, try to speak,” then the suggestible person, naturally, will not be able to say anything, no matter how hard he tries. If you clap your hands, having previously said: “I’ll clap your hands now and you will forget your first and last name,” then the subject will forget his first and last name. He is in your complete power. He stands with his eyes open, understands everything, maybe even tries to resist, but nothing works. He talks, even argues with you, but he is completely in your power. And if you tell him to forget, he will forget what happened to him and won’t remember anything. You can also give him a post-hypnotic suggestion, that is, give him an instruction so that he performs a certain action at a certain time. And he, forgetting about this, will perform the required action at the right time, as if at his own request. The spectacle, of course, is amazing, especially when it is demonstrated on stage in front of the audience.
