How to remove energy blocks and cleanse yourself of negativity

Psychological blocks are barriers that impede the effective functioning of people regarding spiritual maturation and relationships with the environment. These are deep-seated negative attitudes that, like a concrete barrier, cut a person off from any area of life. Every incident that happens in life leaves an imprint on human consciousness. And, as a rule, such events are more often of a negative nature and leave a more serious mark. Negative moments of the past, past critical episodes can form psychological blocks that interfere with life.

Energy blocks

In tickets No. 2, 3, 4 of this cheat sheet, we have already discussed the topic of psychological barriers and how you can reprogram yourself for success. But what does cleansing from negativity mean from an energetic point of view?

Alexander Sviyash in his book “The Reasonable World: How to Live Without Unnecessary Worries” suggests considering all the negative emotions and experiences that a person experiences throughout life in the form of a liquid.

This liquid accumulates, collects in an imaginary vessel - an “accumulator of experiences.” When the vessel is half empty, everything is fine for a person; when a little more than half is filled, difficulties begin, and if a person continues to “sin”, serious problems arise.

This is hard to believe, but if you think about whether stress, troubles or conflict situations pass without a trace for us, then everyone will answer that they have noticed a depressed emotional state in themselves, emptiness, and possibly heaviness.

Indeed, negative feelings and emotions of any nature are deposited in the form of energy blocks, which is why they are also called psycho-emotional.

Psycho-emotional blocks are emotional and energetic barriers to actively expressing oneself in life. These are the same idealizations and negative programs, but with strong experience.

If you can cope with an ordinary negative attitude at the mental level by realizing its untruthfulness, the incorrectness of your thinking, and then introducing a new way of thinking with positive attitudes, then you will also need to work with a strong experience on the emotional-energetic level.

From an energetic point of view, blocks can be represented as clumps that appear as a result of negative experiences and do not allow energy to circulate freely in the body. In addition, they require constant replenishment.

For example, if there is fear (anger, irritation, resentment, etc.), then part of the energy will be spent on overcoming this fear and still, at the subconscious level, the person will be afraid, creating certain wave vibrations and thereby attracting into his life another undesirable situation.

Even if we try to think positively and observe a certain stereotype of behavior, we spend a huge amount of energy on this, since each time we overcome the internal barrier.

One thing is clear - blocks prevent you from achieving your goals, they pull you down, slow you down, preventing you from “spreading your wings” and achieving the desired result.

Story

RPT is based on 15 years of research by psychologist Simon Rose and a team of other trainers and developers. The team includes psychologists, geneticists, neurologists and therapists in many fields. This technique is intended for diagnostic (psychological) correction of blocks, complexes, fears and other unhealthy phenomena that interfere with a person.

Simon began with the conclusion that almost all treatments have some element of truth and some element of success. For example, psychotherapy does help some people, but not everyone. Spiritual methods work often, but do not provide lasting results. Even pseudoscientific methods such as homeopathy have proven to help thousands of people. It seemed to Simon that there might be some underlying mechanism in all of these methods that worked most of the time (but not always). The scientist's idea was to refine these methods, find the "active ingredient", and then develop a new technique around it.

How to cleanse yourself of negativity

Each of us has the opportunity to cleanse our “storage of experiences.” Alexander Sviyash identifies the following ways to get rid of negative experiences:

  • Perform conscious positive actions: showing sympathy, empathy, mercy, selfless service to bright goals, charity and other good deeds.
  • Possess positive personality traits: kindness, good nature, cheerfulness, optimism, etc.
  • Third-party influence, help from other people: help from healers, psychics, psychologists who can help cleanse the “vessel of experiences,” but such cleansing will be short-lived if a person does not realize the cause of the experiences.
  • Fulfillment of life's purpose: fulfillment of the task with which a person came into our world. This could be: starting a family, having a child, creating something that will benefit others, just being a good professional and loving your job.

In addition to the above methods, we can cleanse ourselves using yoga and qigong. Because by influencing the physical body, we will influence our emotional state.

Yoga promotes relaxation and release of tension created by stressful situations. And by performing qigong, for example, exercises based on tapping and patting energy meridians, a person influences biologically active points and meridians, improving the circulation of energy in the body and thus providing support in the “resorption of blocks.”

Rest, walks in the fresh air, sleep - all this helps to attract the energy of nature into the body and helps restore balance.

Engaging in energy practices has a positive effect: meditative exercises, visualization of energy channels and chakras.

Formation mechanism

The main factors in the formation of psychological blocks are stress, depression, and nervous breakdowns. Stress can be called a kind of “anchor” that stops a person. They “freeze” different areas of the psyche. The individual begins to act according to a pattern - attracts attention, protests, hates, is afraid. As a result, a psychological trauma is formed that the consciousness cannot cope with. It is redirected to the area of the subconscious, which leads to changes in behavior, habits, and perception of the outside world.

With serious failures in achieving goals, strong emotional outbursts may occur, which provoke the formation of psychological blocks.

Energy detox

In my opinion, energy detox means energetic cleansing of the human body, not only by working with Reiki energy, but by considering the situation as a whole, determining the true cause of the energy block and physical tension in the body.

Of course, sometimes there are such situations, such “overflowing” of the vessel of experiences, that it is difficult to cope without the help of a healer. But in addition to third-party help, self-cleaning is also possible. One could even say that this is a very real and more effective way to cleanse the “accumulator of experiences.”

Why more effective? Because a person consciously works through the problem and thereby gets rid of it.

It is awareness that plays the main role. And in order for self-cleaning to work, you need to accurately determine the cause: a negative experience experienced in the past, which attracts new negativity into your life.

For myself, I have identified two types of negative memories that can block the transition to a higher level:

  • Negative events in life (troubles, stressful situations)
  • Grievances, conflict situations associated with specific people

For example, a person has difficulties with money. At first glance, we can say that this is simply a negative program and it only takes a little change in the way of thinking to correct the situation.

A person does just that, reads books, undergoes training on financial freedom, but feels only a slight improvement, there are no real results.

Because in addition to the presence of false attitudes towards money, the cause may be low self-esteem (shame, guilt) or fear. And most likely it stretches from childhood and it is likely that there are hidden grievances against parents, which were later joined by grievances against other people.

So it turns out that the “storage of experiences” is full. The subconscious, in order to protect a person, does not direct him along the road that the person himself would like to move. And even if by force of will you choose the right direction, then due to blocks, events will develop very slowly, some obstacles and unresolved issues will constantly arise.

What to do?

We need to work through every memory, cut ties, let go of negative experiences and be grateful for everything that was and is currently in life.

In order to better understand this issue, I propose to analyze what exactly can be done at each level of consciousness.

Mental cleansing

As I already said, the main thing is awareness, understanding of the occurrence of the negative events themselves, conflicts and grievances.

Any experience is directly related to negative thinking. After all, the very thoughts, reflections about an event or action of another person bring pain.

Of course, this is the idealization of earthly values: non-acceptance of oneself, other people, inflated importance of something. We expect that someone will meet our expectations, we condemn ourselves and others for mistakes. And life sends us new events and new teachers so that we finally understand that the problem lies within ourselves.

In fact, it is negative memories that attract similar situations and similar teachers to a person. It is negative memories that distort the vibrational message to the Universe. And the most important thing is that everyone has such negative memories.

What is genuine forgiveness? In the understanding that it was not the person who offended, but his negative experience, his Ego.

The same goes for yourself. It is not me who attracts all sorts of problems to myself, but my memories that have formed false beliefs, negative feelings and emotions that have settled in the form of blocks.

When there is this understanding, it is much easier to let go of any kind of offense or situation. This is how we radically change our lives for the better.

Emotional cleansing

Identify and neutralize! This is the motto of emotional cleansing. We need to understand what is hidden behind the depressed state or the lump in the throat. To do this, you need to determine what kind of emotion or feeling it is. Understand that this is not just an emotion, but a negative experience, a block that affects the mental state and prevents you from moving on.

Since I am angry or offended, it means there is negativity in me.

Or maybe fear or guilt is hidden behind the depressed state?

A person is born to be a happy and joyful being, and if you feel differently, you need to bring yourself into a state of harmony.

How? Very simple! We need to raise the level of vibrations and show positivity instead of negativity. For example, gratitude helps a lot.

Energy cleansing

It is easier to remove any kind of problem if you give it a form. To do this, you need to not only identify the feeling that needs to be worked out, but also listen to your body and analyze where it is, what it feels like. Then you need to direct your attention and the message of liberation to this area.

On the other hand, you can regularly cleanse your energy channels and chakras and little by little, the energy will clear out all the “garbage that has accumulated over the years.” To do this, you just need to imagine how energy moves through energy channels. You can use your breath. Such exercise will be a good addition to gymnastics and will have a positive effect on the restoration of mental and physical health.

Action

When the reason is identified, in addition to emotional and energetic cleansing, remove the block using action. Action is a good way to deal with fear.

To do this, you need to make a plan: “What can I do to neutralize the worst-case scenario?” Then we begin to gradually implement this plan into practice. Now we know that we are doing everything that depends on us. Thus, action dissolves fear. Well, the Universe, of course, will help!

PEAT

When people first hear about the PEAT technique, they think that it is some kind of fertilizer or a scientific abbreviation. In some ways, this is an appropriate metaphor for what PEAT does for people. Zivorad Mihailovich Slavinsky is the inventor of this alternative healing therapy. A practicing psychologist for over 50 years and a prolific writer, Zivorad is always looking for more effective, faster and more convenient ways to remove people's psychological blocks. As a result, he developed this wonderful technique in 1999, which combines psychology, acupressure and energy healing. He compares PEAT to a form of "spiritual technology" because he claims that the powerful effects of PEAT treatment are rapid and in most cases permanent. People with phobias, fears, psychological blocks that limit them, or even physical ailments, have found that after one or two therapy sessions, their original problem no longer has a strong impact on them or is completely eliminated.

Focus on the positive

Don't focus on getting rid of negativity. At a certain moment, you yourself will feel it, you need to tell yourself – “I’ve had enough!”, and switch the focus to building a new reality.

Fear, resentment, despondency are in the past, at least for the most part. Now everything is fine! Now we need to turn our attention to strengthening the connection of our consciousness with our True Self. After all, only a person’s True Self can lead him out of a depressed state and lead him to a better reality.

Don't worry that something will go unnoticed. With an increase in energy vibrations and the direction of thinking in a constructive direction, the remaining blocks will manifest themselves. They simply won't be able to be with you anymore. Here you need to understand what has “surfaced” (identify idealization), realize it, accept it and let it go. But this is no longer such difficult work.

You can work with your subconscious attitudes to quickly remove everything that interferes. To do this, you need to relax, concentrate on the goal and understand what will bother you if the goal is achieved. Or vice versa, what good will happen if you don’t get what you want. I dedicated the “Quantum Thinking” page to how to do this, where I describe the entire algorithm in detail.

You can also use spiritual tools: joy, gratitude, blessing, sending unconditional love. You can also use mantras. In general, everything that helps to raise vibrations and reach your spiritual component.

Fighting the fear of money

Financial blocks (such as fear of money) are caused by old emotions and limiting beliefs. Simon's goal was to find methods to quickly remove these blocks so you can create a comfortable, prosperous life for yourself.

Many people use two methods that help them overcome their financial blocks quickly and easily. These techniques include Be Set Free Fast (BSFF), developed by Larry Nims, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), developed by Gary Craig.

Theory

The basic theory of BSFF is that your subconscious mind is a faithful servant and will do what you tell it to do. This means you need to use keywords of your choice to eliminate the causes of problems and get what you want.

BSFF is simple. However, understanding and eliminating all the roots of your problems requires a certain trick. To learn this, Joan Sotkin collaborated with BSFF developer, Larry Nims, Ph.D.

Jainism

In Jainism, meditation was a core spiritual practice. All twenty-four Tirthankaras practiced deep meditation and achieved enlightenment. All of them are shown in meditative poses on the idols. Guru Mahavira practiced it for twelve years and achieved enlightenment. Chronicle of Acaranga, dating back to 500 BC. e., describes in detail the meditative system of Jainism. Acharya Bhadrabahu in the 4th century BC. e. practiced deep Mahaprana meditation for twelve years. Kundakunda discovered its new dimensions in the Jain tradition through the books of Samayasara, Pravacansara and others. In the 8th century, the Jain philosopher Haribhadra also contributed to the development of Jain yoga by comparing and analyzing various systems of yoga, including Hindu, Buddhist and Jain.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice in which a person uses techniques such as awareness or focusing one's mind on a specific object, thought or action to increase the attainment of a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.

Meditation has been practiced since ancient times in numerous religious traditions. Since the 19th century, it has spread to other cultures where it is commonly practiced in private and business life.

Meditation can be used to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and improve self-esteem and well-being. Daily exercise will help you start your day off right, energizing you with positive emotions and clearing your mind.
