No one is perfect, so it's time to stop worrying about trifles. It is much more important that the image as a whole is harmonious: clothes of the right color and fit, clean shoes, refreshing makeup.

In addition, appearance is a fickle advantage. In the morning we are all less attractive, and time spares no one. Find your strengths and focus on them.

Relationships with people

It can be very difficult to understand another person. The fact is that the brains of different people can vary greatly in volume and number of zones responsible for certain processes. This means that your interlocutor may perceive information completely differently. Even if you hear the same phrase, you can draw completely different conclusions.

However, respect is important to everyone. Try to step into the person's shoes as they share their thoughts and concerns. Listen carefully, even if he annoys you. You will definitely see a return. I used to think that I had to constantly be careful not to eat more than I needed. Do not eat more calories than my body will burn in a day, do not eat more carbohydrates than necessary for movement and basal metabolism.

My body, as it turned out, works differently: it is important for it to have energy “in reserve” ; its needs must always be fully satisfied. Responding to your feeling of hunger is the only strategy that helps you get rid of not only periodic overeating, but also constant weight swings.

The pleasure of eating

Eat with pleasure and trust your desires, but at the same time take into account the laws by which your body works.

Let's say you want a cake. You can eat it right now. Or you can eat it after lunch - then the portion will be smaller, and in addition, you will be able to satisfy the real needs of the body, and not just the brain’s need for glucose.

This does not mean at all that you should always act according to the textbook. You just have to remember how it all works and choose the solution that suits you in each situation.

What makes the body swollen is not just one cake eaten instead of lunch, but the systematic replacement of meals with various types of non-nutritious, but high-calorie foods.

Daily routine and self-care

It is important to monitor not only nutrition, but also other aspects of life: regular movement, adequate sleep, taking care of your mental state.

Long flights and transfers can cause swelling; lack of sleep has an even stronger effect.
The worst way to help yourself look better in such a situation is to take care of containers and regular exercise. It is more important to get enough sleep, rest, gain strength and calm down. Then the natural rhythms and self-regulation of the body will work perfectly and without any control.

Environment

This is perhaps the most uncontrollable aspect of your life. You cannot force the rain to stop falling, the traffic jam to clear up and time to turn back. Therefore, the only and surest option is to score.

When something unexpected happens, breathe out and remember that this is not forever. Moreover, if things are not going well today, something good will happen soon. This is one of the laws of statistics - the desire for the average level. It means that a negative deviation will definitely be replaced by a positive one in order to restore balance.

You should never be upset about money and things that are accidentally lost or damaged. You will always earn more, plus this is a reason to buy something more attractive.

Required effort

Why is the period when you have to make significant efforts to stay in shape so important? You can't miss it. This is the stage at which a huge amount of knowledge and experience is formed, the basis for further development.

Diets

No one will ever believe that “diets don’t work” until several of them show results in the long term. And you must once improve your metabolism so much that even with 1000 kcal per day you can gain from every extra morsel - this is the only way to understand that cutting the caloric content of your diet is a dead end.

The human body is a miracle, and the economization of functions is one of the processes that is so important to study (better, of course, in theory).

Relationship with partner

In this case, we will talk about a healthy relationship when both people take responsibility for their actions. Here you must understand that since a person is with you, it means that he has already chosen you. In other words, you suit him, he values ​​you.
